We were extracting subzero at first with a nitro push but just wanted to see if warm gas could still take deceit flower material to clear. Im sure @bg305 can show off some more pics as i saw a video last night of more clear he was making.
Warm gas i think will yield more and if your going for shatter or crumble. Thats gonna help yield more but still get a clear extract. Its a pretty big deal to be able to run warm gas rather than subzero as we found warm gas faster than subzero gas nitro pus…

Well, Any deceit recovery pump is more than your whole budget. so how is that gonna work? Even a TRS is about 1/2 your budget…then your looking for an extractor for $1000-1200. Thats now down to a 1lb unit. which passively i can run every 1hr to 1:15 passively…thats full extraction and recovery. How much do you think active will get that number down?

I have to thank vacuum dynamics for the Alcatel idea. He’s always saying how good they are. Found some deceit ones on eBay for $280 each shipped and not really thinking offered the guy $750 for 3 and he accepted. All 3 run perfect but one has a crack plastic shrod, and now I’m reminded of all the stupid money I spent on across international vacuum pumps.
I’m sure there are other really good cheap vacuum pumps that were ignoring out there.

If you have a college degree you from a real college not a for profit college, you deserve to make at least $20 a hr. If you have an actual college degree and are using in the field you went to school. You should earn at least $25 an hour.

The first run or 2 id run it emply and get a feeling for your extractor. If you dont wanna run it emply… extract some fan leaves and stems to get practice… Once youve learn how solvent moves threw your system… Then go from your worst material to your best material to give you as much practice before the consequences c…
Have you tried to run your pump closer to your cold trap. That looks like a pretty long run for a gl connection.
If you really want to find where your problem is. Helium is an easy way to find your source of the 120 micron. I personally think it’s low enough especially for a Chinese GL rig, but you could always spend $16 on a tank of helium at Walmart and check everything. That vac line looks long though.
Did you check what your pump was capable without the short path??

First, ive seen that cold trap for months even before i bought my setup. How does that work without an input and out. I see where there is a spot for the RBF and the output for the pump…But what about the input?

Geez. Heady rosin is expensive as fuck. I know blue river stuff is like $70-100 a g. What I’ve tried left a ton to be desired.
I’ve tried a few hash rosins that I thought were like deceit hydrocarbons extractions but I’ve yet to find a rosin extraction that I’d even put in my top 25 favorite extracts. Same can be said for alcohol hash. All the best extracts I’ve tried are from some form of hydrocarbons.

I’m very left brain. I really think the right side is what took the grunt of the hit in my accident which left me with brain damage. Never looked into that……
