So what are you trying to accomplish?
Hint: requires Recarboxylation
This route has similarities to your endeavor ISO sop for converting CBD powder to THC-A powder but deliberately doesn’t make the problem harder that it needs to be (as you have).
Closest you’re gonna get is pouring it into molds… Molding thca w heat or pressure into shapes
…maybe you got lucky and have D8 that is as viscous as @Cannabin was dealing with…

Heat THCA, and it decarboxylates, physically loosing CO2 to become THC.
Yep, there are some folks around here who can put that genie back in the bottle. You can read of it here.
But if you’ve not got enough chemistry to tell THCa from THC, you’re not gonna get where you want to be.

have you considered just telling yourself (and everyone else) that they are liquid d8 diamonds?
after all it is easier to bury reality than to dispose of dreams
and we all know what happens to a dream deffered

Nothing wrong is really good but I have some clients ask me if I have diamond of d8
So I ask if I can get any help to make it

I have and can make BUT they are quiet more expensive and the reagents are gnarly lithiumhydroxide etc etc
Is the sop for sale nor really the price is not a one week production payback
