The wrong homie could also kill you
True. Donât bring stupid people into your lab.
Precisely my point. I know for a fact Iâve done that. I have forgotten to shut a valve on my vacuum after removing nitrogen (venturi pump) and resumed recovery while it was still going, I felt special. But, no matter how much experience we have, or how good we are, we all make mistakes and fuck shit up.
But, yes one person should be operating the equipment. Someone could not be in synch with what stage the process is and completely mess everything up. He doesnât do anything without me saying so while Iâm running. Usually just adding and removing nitrogen.
Thatâs really awesome. And aside from the strength of picking up heavy steel, donât know your mum, but being 65. She could probably, proficiently, operate a simple cls and make some wax
In another topic about epilepsy i explain that after my accident I taught my mother and father to make BHO with a sawn off maglite, a sock, pipe clip and filter paper.
It was to control my epilepsy and at the time i was in a wheelchair so i couldnât do anything.
She now likes to deal with everything after i have done the blasting. She does the purging / playing with / budda / shatter / mess making lolo.
At the moment she is still in Wales, when she finally come here to stay with me I will get a picture of her " doing stuff "
My first open blast tube was the seat post tube of a BMX frame.
Thatâs very cool they were/are there for you. And also, even cooler she like likes to make hash. Thatâs awesome.
my hero!!
Iâve smoked pot with a bike (and made coffee!!), but making hash with one is definitely next level
Iâve been a cyclopath for a long time, too.
Is that you @Dred_pirate ? I cant read the text.
If it is, Nice !!!
I covered up my legal name. But, yea thatâs me. I still ride but not as much or nearly as good as I was. I used to be fastest in az and 5th on the west coast. And thank you, sir. It always has brought me level of peace being on a BMX bike
Awe shit! We were some dirt jumping fools back in the 90s.
Iâm going to have to find one of my old school picsâŚif they still exist
That was probably 97-98â in that picture. I will have to see if I can find any more.
Wait, 96-97â
When doing any plumbing work, buy way more then youâll use and then return whatâs left afterwards. Making several trips to the hardware store in a day can be a bitch.
Oh and always buy fresh glue if you have any doubt to the quality or volume of what youâve got in stock.
I watched a documentary ona guy you might know. Sad story ⌠Was awesome on a BMX, rode his mates skateboard, had an accident and ended up with brain damage.

Diamond back super viper!
I loved my Diamondback Bikes. Rode them for nearly a decade (which also happened to be the 90s. Haha)
Also, @Demontrich, you posted this in another thread, but it belongs here, too.
I used to race bmx when I was a kid too. My dad sacrificed everything he had so we could race from state to state. Used to go out to Tulsa and race the grand nationals. Won that when I was little babyđ
We went out to Tulsa and raced a few other times there, but over time we just phased out of it. Just like everything else. Good times!
I almost went to the grands one year after I won the gold cup. Couple weeks before registration I was out at some trails on the rez and I cracked my head tube under gusset. So, I wasnât able to get my frame back in time to make it.
