agree, i did read and learned alot, so far from what i got. To protect my brand, I need 1)my url 2)LLC with my name 3) Trademark filing for my name.

But my question is in regards to trademark, it only protect the goods/service you’re providing in the industry. How does that work when it comes to owning a “Brand”?

It protects your brand.

Someone had moveweight.com for sale for $12,000

My trademark was approved they gave me it for free.

Not all situations are as … kind.

You will need $ to back up protecting your brand with an attorney. But they will use your trademark as your shield.

Haha, it was an idea i got.

Solo cups are best for seedlings, you got to put holes in them. add soil and seeds. most of my followers are smokers who wants to cultivate.
