How do I build a private labeling brand... Using Bootstrap methods

I registered my corporation through Legal Zoom. You should check into them. I can even sell shares in my company.

So you went with the Corp route instead of an LLC?

Same with incfile. They’re a competitor. I’ve enjoyed the experiences

How would I protect the DrLoud Brand or file a trademark for drloud protection.

The trademark is the proof you can protect it.

A lawyer and money is the only way to protect it.

What did you file moveweight, which category?

Make sense. So a trade mark is not a priority?

Go for word mark. Then get a logo you absolutely love. Then trademark that too.

Yes I am C corp not LLC.

Thats a very smart category, I may copy, What would you recommend for Drloud the Character?

Wow so I can.

My brand name I already have, but my LLC name will be Capitalism Sucks 420 LLC

I recommend you never be satisfied and try different logos till you find one that sticks then print with that and prepare for another successful logo

I’d say this business model is dying. The days of buying from Alibaba and slapping a label on it are gone. You’ll have better luck finding the factories not easily accessible or don’t sell to the general public.

Whats your reasoning for this?

In laymen’s terms: Cuz people don’t want bullshit…

Do you have an Amazon Prime Account, good sir? If you do then you love Chinese bullshit.

Edit : Then you love rebranded Chinese bullshit.

Edit: I can care less about a single word you say.

Your input is worthless to me.

The new trend is manufacturing and selling direct to the public. Alibaba was founded under the wholesale approach but over time has shifted its business model. Its main customers are the Chinese factories and Alibaba’s infrastructure (like Amazon) is built to allow those sellers to market, sell, and ship their products direct to the end user. They are the middleman here not you, so you would have to compete with both them and the factory. There’s just no leverage or value to that anymore.
There’s still a lot of companies stuck in the 80’s and all you have to do is call them (possibly email) and you can help them a lot more. Surprisingly you might have the best luck finding U.S suppliers. For example Harbor Freight sells their brand of compressor that is manufactured by Atlas Copco. They are a huge company that owns Edwards and a bunch of other labels. If you try and buy from Atlas Copco you pay the same retail price as anyone else, but contact them and tell them you want to rebrand and become a distributor. Chances are you get a quality product at a very respectable margin.
