Fair. I was curious if they were gelatin, and if so, had a question about air bubbles. If they are in fact both gelatin and Pectin, i also would have some questions.

Any chance you would share some input on making a gelatin/pectin hybrid gummy? I’ve come up with a really good gummy SOP, still need to work on it a little to get some tiny air bubbles out, but would like to get a bit of pectin in there to offer more protection from the thermo-reversability.
We use a syringe to remove the air bubbles.

Now your just making it difficult… I dont think that would even work, but iv never done it before.
Vacuum works the opposite way and they puff up. Tried curing under vac before…Might work before they set but I haven’t tried that.
