Why Are People Still Making Shatter?

The fact that I even caught that play means I made money not lost money or left it on the table. Unless I had a limited inventory. Diamonds are just isolate there’s plenty of that around

Dude… Really?

It takes two weeks or more for diamonds sauce.

Badder tastes like unpurged open blast poop soup.

Iove shatter because the wait time is lower because it doesn’t have to grow/form in a jar for a week or two and then a three day purge still on top of that.

What would be the profit difference between the premium you can charge on diamonds versus the extra plant junk you sell with every slab. Would it be fair to say when you produce slabs you produce on average 5 to 10% more sellable weight? Is the profit more than that, I truly don’t know because prices have changed so much in the last two years that I am not qualified to make that assessment.

Wholesale bulk shatter is worth about a fifth of wholesale diamonds lol
The most expensive shatter on the shelves of our shops is $7 a gram for the buyer to get. Diamonds are $14-$20 wholesale packaged.

All I’m saying is inventory sold is much better than sitting on the shelf as long as profits are made. Prices are only gonna go lower

How about BM? I believe shatter is about 2/3 to half of diamonds in bulk.

You aren’t in the same market as a lot of the people I know. Diamonds might be filling store shelves, but being they are the most expensive product they aren’t controlling the market share for concentrates. I encounter far more people that simply want bulk concentrates with no diamonds on the table then those willing to pay the additional cost.

Hopefully, you guys aren’t just experiencing the shelf filling phase that made a lot of extracting companies feel like they understood the demand only to find filling shelves didn’t equal repeat sales. If you aren’t in that phase more power to you for establishing your brand effectively.

Isolate into pods is doing really well, but calling it liquid diamonds doesn’t make it diamonds. There’s literally no point in growing diamonds of appreciable size and then decarbing them, so that’s just isolate sales. If the producer even uses isolate, which half probably don’t considering how much cheap 91%+ disty there is floating on the market at a fraction of the cost of isolate.

Badder is my favorite hydrocarbon extract to smoke and diamonds can grow fast af and don’t require even 1 second in an oven lol

But not everyone is speed racer and the vast majority still take a lot longer. I agree about the shelf space comment and prices.

Thank you sir, but with certain clients they just want shatter. Or they’re not trying to pay price for diamonds.

Bro I’ve been saying that. I’m like wtf is the difference? Once it’s purged it’s essentially cannabis oil

Idk, I love the flavors on rosin but for some reason it doesn’t get me very high. It’s like diet dabs.
Which is strange because 5/6 star hash gets me blasted more than anything else.
There’s a lot more going on than just consistencies between different forms of concentrates. Science needs to catch up.

Magic heat and pressurenoids

Dude yes, really.

And to be super clear i said it’s about the most labor intensive. Not THE most.
I never once compared slabs to diamonds and sauce. I am comparing it to something that is EASILY made at high volumes and low labor costs. Which for me is sugar consistency sauces and badders.

If you think badder tastes like unpurged poop soup you probably smoke shitty badders. That’s a you issue not a me issue.

Also a quick spoon… 3 day purge is probably why your badder sucks, you are stripping all the precious volatile terpenes purging that long and it would explain why you aren’t enjoying the flavor since you stripped it off all the flavors.

I’ll buy echo pull and snap over something like Dr. Jolly’s over remediated sugars any day

Lab I put that last fuge into, they have a huge demand for shatter

@thesk8nmidget this lab is in part using the fuge to produce clean THCa isolate for slabs their custys requested, the HTE goes into their vape products

Maybe its nostalgia or demographics. I only stick with D8 because of where i am. But if I were fuckin w D9… i have never seen those delicious terp drenched jars of badder over this way and same with many other varieties i see here/online.
