Who makes your favorite hydrocarbon extraction system. What makes it your favorite over others?

Let’s say you overkill it with the chiller so that any input in heat load simply doesn’t dip the needle.

Like lifting your laundry basket with a forklift.

Goals right? Haha.
Thanks for the feedback on nb.olers stuff. When the time comes time level up I will keep that in mind.

My trapper shit is a huge OSS so guilty as charged lol.

I need some of that NB gear as well!

Oss is ok, I don’t believe they understand the needs or wants of extract artists… selling me material and dewax columns that are the same exact size… ok so let me reduce the volume of over all solvent and oil by 50% then push it into your Dewax??? What the fuck?

That and selling me a “5lb extractor” that has a single 4”x24” material column…

I see stuff like this on almost every pre built system.

Big fax. Mine is parts and pieces from a few OSS machines to form a monster

It’s amateur shit for sure.

Oh I’ve rebuilt my oss into a monster as well. Just needed there stupid cert for the state. Then modified the shit out of my system to make it worthy of using. Lmao

Honestly the women in my life made me fall in love with having dogs when I thought hope was lost on the subject… I’m a multiple dog attack survivor? Now I miss mine and hope to have the right scenario for my child to raise one with me. If the same dogs could talk bet they’d say the same shit about me so I guess we’re square. Here i have rehabilitated, fostered and tried to make an abused pregnant bully breed pitbull capable of being ready for my daughter, I failed in that aspect (I wouldn’t trust her near her alone) but found her a permanent farm to live on nearby and she is great in supervised company.

Being kind to animals and people is healing in itself. Helping others to a better life is the most rewarding thing one can do.

Back on topic: where’s some videos of pythons stuff?

Is that a 2” recovery pipe or am I having an optical illusion moment?

Full bore recovery. I credit @Krative for the inspiration.

This project is in the works still…

Eventually we will have a tube in shell condenser on there too. So up out of the collection in 2” down into the mol sieve back up then down into a tube in shell.

Fastest passive recovery times in the west. Lmao

My two cents…

Helicopter = Bizzy bee “Beest”

1994 honda civic w/ multicolor paint = Best value vacs

Both will get you from A to B

But there are simply some places that “A” can travel to that “B” will never ever be capable of.

How far you trying to go?

Dude I had no clue you did that for the recovery line I did something similar before the ffe project, mine was a 1.5in hardline to a 4x 36 mol sieve then broken off to 4 different set of 2x trs-21’s

After working a close loop for years and then using a Co2 machine extensively the total automation is insane and realistically the future cls’s need to go, operators have to be half as skilled to operate a machine like that and learning curve is much much shorter. Also with automation the machine is safer due too less possibilities for user error.

If anyone is good with automation, I have full cad plans for a very advance hydrocarbon system that had automation design taken into account and that is built around crc, willing to build and put up all the money for hardware to make this a reality if someone is interested in this.

Fuck yeah dude. I’m running dual 1/2 lines to 3/8 coils from the bottom of the mol sieve. Then it’s on to my new recovery monster. Shooting for 5-10lb/ min passive

You got the go go power for that, so shoot for the stars, HMU when you need help with an evaporator…

I’m about to repurpose an 18” tube in shell as an evaporator. Just going to include it in the hot circuit with the collection and mol sieve. Just going to make it so I can bypass the hot water loop in case evap is to quick.
