Judging by the fact they’re seeing about 10 things on their chromatograms (as posted above) I’m willing to bet they had no idea to even look at those things. Or they did and just assumed everyone was too dumb to cross-compare with the many impurities in botanical isolates.
Baffles me that someone could add 40% terpinolene to hemp and think no one would notice. CRISPR. That’s a hoot.
Bummer that about 6 other places on here are selling the exact same blends.
I just got some samples of Eybna live line of terps. They actually taste pretty good! Still botanical, but definitely some of the better botanicals I have tried.
I’m not a sales guy, just a lab guy. I’ve always been a terrible salesmen. Whenever I stick my neck out on this forum I usually regret it but I keep coming back for more. Unless I have a Dr. Jekyll / Mr. Hyde situation going on and I don’t realize it where I’m spiking terps during my memory lapses I’m sure there’s no botanical shenanigans going on with my role in the supply chain.
It’s tough to win internet arguments, but it makes for good entertainment.
I just thought the affiliation might bare some relevance to the discussion when you were asking for chromatograms so you can “learn.” Much like how California123 did the same and turned out to be CaliforniaTerpenes who turned out to be Terpene Belt Farms.
I’m happy to talk about what I’m doing in regards to school, research and work in private messages. I think anyone who’s messaged me before can agree that I am always open to share my findings. My personal life won’t make those terps any cleaner tho
Little Update from my side of the world. Got some Terpenes raw refined CDT in yesterday and they were EXACTLY what I had imagined good hemp derived terps would be like. They all smell really good, the sherbert I’m not a big fan of but thats a personal preference its probably still fire. I’m excited to try out the carts we make from them, definitely would recommend them over anyone else right now. @Betroit Stellar work, thank you for giving me hope in the cdt world.
Below is a picture of the stuff i got that smelled/tasted awful these are from one of the cali terpene companies, that was all that was on the packaging so I’m not sure if it was from @terpenescali(are these yours?) or cali terpenes or terpenes of california or some other iteration of that. Either way all these were awful and smelled like they thawed out fresh frozen for a few days before doing a steam distillation on it.
My experience with @terpenescali terps was phenomenal. Only other terp vendor I’ve tried I place in the upper echelon of quality cdt so far that I’ve tried was Clear Nation. CN seems to suffer from more monotone flavors imo while TC’s are a bit more complex with more notes.
Personally I never go off of “smell” I go off how they steep and taste when mixed with distillate. At which point no other terps have been near as tasty after mixing and steeping for a week. TC is my clear winner so far and CN a close second.
Layer Cake, Animal Mintz, and Runtz from TC are my favorites
Hardcore Kush, Stardawg Pie are my CN favorites of late
With respect, do you guys monitor your Future account more than your customer service e-mail? I e-mailed you about the 5 different strains I received from you all tasting like old hemp. I paid quite a bit for these samples and spent a ton of money and time preparing them correctly.
You offered a few ways to fix this then when I asked you if you want me to send the vials back so you guys can QA it you say “No worries we don’t need to be bouncing these around the country. Just Throw them away.”
Since you want to reply to your positives on the website that got you my business and not handle your business internally when your shit doesn’t check out that shows me you’re not a very business savvy.
I’ll mail the 5 samples I got to any person on here to cross-check TerpenesCali- I gave them a chance to show me this was a one-off and now I’m two e-mails ignored by them and see them posting on the thread that literally got me to buy from them.
