Hey man, I had a customer straight lie to my face about my terps and I refunded them anyway. Leaving customers hanging is the worst of looks. In a situation like that, I would have at least had them send back the terps to see if what they are saying has merit before telling them to kick rocks.

All those terpenescali bottles are hand filled and labeled with a handheld printer. I get what you’re saying @qma but he definitely fills them to order and knows what people got. If they don’t like it they don’t like it but to blow it up like this because they made an impulse purchase is not exactly something that should be rewarded.
If you buy 1ML of something and don’t like it that’s one thing but I don’t think a vendor should have to eat the cost when the customer started with several ML of several different kinds by choice. No excuse not to start with just 1ML to test the waters and order again if you like it. After it’s opened it’s not like he can sell it to someone else anyway. It’s not like he has a 1 liter MOQ lol

I refunded an absolute twat for 10ml of canna terps (you know whom you are). I know for a fact that he would’ve gotten torn tf up if he showed up here as he was a total bellend. An absolute muppet. A wet fucking tart.
I’ve declined all of his subsequent orders, but never left even an arsemonger hanging. Honestly, if you don’t get a quick resolution from cart farm its cause our suppliers left us to dry.
This is why I don’t work with anyone anymore. That and @TerpeneBeltFarms confirming the blend theory by renaming most their terps blends. Suppliers on the terp side are wild.

We have been very good at rewarding, replacing, refunding. Trying to take care of everyone and keep people happy, holding our product integrity and customer service as a very highly priority. but this guy had a very clear and transparent agenda from the start w my company… from the first posts about him comparing them to spinning off terps while making his D9 etc… ?? Huh
We don’t need back whatever he has done to those vials , it would/could not prove anything for us. and to send him a replacement ,well…not happening.
And we will defend our business and the team I have around helping to accomplish this beauty.

not gonna lie @TerpeneBeltFarms was the smartest crew in getting ahead of the fire. I don’t think anyone had time to name them by name. Their plug is still calling them by strain names.
HSO is selling all their stock to true terps of all people, so anyone you see with a canna cultivar name hemp is straight up lying. If you want a canna cultivar hemp you have to give hso 30k upfront pre-season (lol) and wait till the season finishes.
All it takes to crash the market is one of the larger traditional operations realizing that they are destroying gold chasing silver. Then the traditional market can push all these risk-free greed mongers out their market.
FACT: All of the guys selling canna terps(other than @terpenescali and @Betroit) are just copying the work that @MassTerpenes did in 2018. Everyone selling hemp terps is copying the model set up by @cart.farm

Are botanical terpenes even derived from botanicals or are they synthetically made?
Everyone on here is always talking shit but never dropping knowledge. They all say they no a thing or two but can never back it with facts. Seems like you guys are haters. Iv been running @TerpeneBeltFarms terps for a minute Iv seen the ins and outs of there process and I think it’s more complex then any of you would imagine. And from what Iv seen there’s no “botanicals” or isolates added. Just a group of guys and gals who actually know what there doing.
At the end of The day anything is possible. so to sit here a preach botanicals are in the blends or strain specific profiles is foolish. But let’s keep the show going because this is comical

Go look back through your e-mails where you conclude trashing these terps are the best thing for both parties, because they’re trash. For you to be on here discussing ANY type of return policy or customer service is a joke. I never asked for money back, just explanation, keep the money and buy a better setup that doesn’t produce donkey piss.
Why don’t you post your e-mail log that showed to be such a pain-in-the-ass? I guess paying top dollar for terpenes and getting what you sent me isn’t a legitimate gripe enough for me to use the forum that just netted you a couple hundred dollars to show them my experience.
In-fact, since you want to post on a public forum about your top-tier customer service vs. what I experienced with your company, let’s let the BBB investigate the fraudulent claims and just say we fuck off from each-other?

Sure its not your distillate? Out of all the terp companies I’ve used TerpenesCali is in my top 3 usually hovering between 1 and 2 spot. Tried about 40 different vendors with about 20 of them being botanical, several hemp terps, and the field of cdt is a small circle to choose from but sampled most all I’ve found.
With a forum this size and as many days as you’ve spent complaining about a measely hundred dollars of terps not one person has come and joined the complainfest. That should be a sign in and of itself that perhaps you jumped the gun on assuming it was the terps fault.
Shit about 2 months ago I got some cbga from zpe that had a nasty taste attached to it and ruined a whole 5ml of CDT. Mixed an exactly identical mix only subbing out the cbga for cbg from open book instead. The two mixes tasted vastly different and my first assumption was the terps from ClearNation being the culprit because honestly their quality has been up and down this past year, but nope it was the cbga.
I’d think after mixing several liters of disty with CN + TC I’d at least have some kind of complaint to chime in with but nope TC has been nothing but quality the closest to a complaint I could come up with is that I wish the terps could magically steep faster 
that or that I can’t afford a liter of LayerCake

Hahahahahaha @TerpeneBeltFarms is shady and just removed all the pics in the link I posted that showed how they were doing massive commercial extraction and it looked like a steam operation to me. I wish I screen shot it and posted it here for all to see. Since you have seen the ins and outs of their operation how about telling them to come here and post the pics they removed? I bet they wont!

They don’t blend botanical terps they’ll anyalize a strains Terp profile and mix together other hemp terps till they get a close enough profile to the desired strain is what it seems
I’m sure we all can agree though that we need more transparency when it comes to terps especially when they’re hemo derived or canna derived
