Texas Legal Lab Progress Shots ETA *** October 1st 2021***

Condition of the building before construction started.

Construction Starts
This point has taken forever to get to.
It was a very long and bumpy road, but we are where we want to be . :cowboy_hat_face:

We removed the stairs and the load bearing wall was extended out.

Stainless Steel shelving will hang on the 2 x 8 in the walls, just above the stainless tables.

$7,000.00 in metal doors :man_facepalming:

Hand sinks support in the walls.

Plumbing… with floor drains added…

Electrical and structure will be finished by the end of this week. We need to frame out my office and the break room, both are upstairs.

ETA is October the 1st, we shall see about that. :hugs:

The crazy thing is… the previous tenants, were auto painters… that big room in the very first pic was their paint booth.

Everyday, I listen to my carpenter bitch about kilz paint and how he cant wait to use it…lol

MY OFFICE

STORAGE SPACE

BREAK ROOM

The AC units have been delivered. Going to be fun installing them over the next few days.

Had a COVID set back, I had to keep the daughter home for ten days because of an outbreak at her school. Turns out my electrician had COVID on my job site (the last day we worked together) and passed away a few days ago.

If its not done by then, I’m jumping of a bridge. I can’t wait to show you around. Note to self, extra TALL scrubs needed on stand-by.

The Daughter and I had a blast during the week long Daddy Daycare episode.
Here is a snip-it of the week.

We had a big photo shoot that week

I missed that part… that is horrible.

@MillerliteRN Looks like plenty of work to do after the building is done.
Maybe I can lend a hand in my extra tall scrubs haha

Yeah, it’s a shame. The guy literally left his equipment at the jobsite as he went home not feeling well. Turns out the apprentice thought he had allergies for a few days prior.

Thank God for all the big fans, moving shit tones of air around. Cause we definitely had a few regular type close conversations around the jobsite for two days.

Wow I missed that last bit. Rest in Peace.
