@spacedaddy You need to infuse the gummies in the cooking process… So you’ll want to melt down the sugar, corn syrup, and gelatin/pectin, and whatever other ingredients, and add the distillate to the melted mixture and make sure you mix VERY WELL… Then mix some more.
Then you deposit the mixture into molds, let them cool, and pop the gummies out.
Trying to inject distillate into a gummy is going to suck, but theoretically, you could get pretty accurate/consistent dosing. But no one wants to chew on distillate.
Brushing them is easy but it’s inconsistent.
