The free compressor is not the issue, the issue is the fact that it was not paid to install.
Yes labor is expensive, compaired to China. In my opinion you should just have had the freeze dryer returned and shipped a new one. Way less headache.

the issue is that after the repair company repaired the compressor, the compressor had problems such as high pressure.
This is a third party intervention in the process of handling our after-sales leading to other damage.
According to the logic we should go to ask the repair company to deal with it, but we always consider for the customer, so we send an extra compressor to the customer for free.
The freeze dryer you sent never worked⌠just because you agreed to a repair (stupidly) instead of eating the return shipping doesnât absolve you from the responsibility of getting a functioning new FD to @Alwaysworking
I guess we need these threads every 6 months to remind people to NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM @Terry_Manager. He is a bum in terms of customer service and his equipment is dangerous at worst and unreliable at best.
Looks like @Terry_Manager has something to hide.
Hereâs an update I reached out to Terry to see if they were willing to do anything to make this right and they basically said that if I paid to have the unit shipped back, they would ship another one again asking the customer to come out of pocket to fix their equipment Then we proceeded to go back and forth at each other and then he deleted all his messages. Very funny I must say.
