Promotion for extraction centrifuge, short path distillation, rotovap, falling film evaporator and so on

Hello,

Let me list a few key points for you.

When there was a problem with the machine, Tom went to a repair company, after which we paid for the repair, but the machine was not fixed and more importantly Tom did not continue to contact the repair company.

(If it were you, and you purchased from a company that paid for the repair, but didn’t fix it, you would certainly continue to ask them to get things fixed; but Tom didn’t)

To solve the problem, we sent Tom another compressor for free.

How did I cheat Tom?

Ladies and gentlemen, we will not cheat any of our customers, and we hope that you will understand all the process before making any judgment.

Pay for the compressor to be installed

Lol your a liar and cheat beware of this guy and his cheap equipment. Always budget accordingly do not take shortcuts on cheap equipment. I learned my lesson with you @Terry_Manager a straight nightmare buying from you

You’re attitude speaks volume to the type of customer service anyone should expect to get buying from you

Quick note the repair company was only hired to verify there was not a leak on the vacuum system like you kept insisting was the problem. Tell me how he messed it up.

He verified the system had no leak. That all he was authorized to do. When you finally determined it was the compressor you sent a new compressor but refused to pay for the install. So tell me how it was the repair companies fault and responsibility to do the install on a completely different compressor

Yeah you sent me compressor. asking me to pay for it is a joke. When let me remind you the unit never worked from day one. But some how the repair company broke it right. Lol you sound like a clown

Ladies and gentlemen this is the kinda quality and customer service you should expect buying from @Terry_Manager straight trash.

that’s pretty terrible logic. the fix you suggested didn’t work and it needed replacement parts, how would they fix it in that context?

No, there is no problem with the compressor before the repair company comes, the repair company only comes to fill Freon.

And the bill provided by the repair company states that the machine was tested and run.

So far I have not received any test and run video or report.

If there was a problem with the compressor, the service company should have raised the issue and dealt with us, but I have not received any feedback.

you say : "Quick note the repair company was only hired to verify there was not a leak on the vacuum system "

are you sure ?

here are the Bill and our record that shows that the repair company evacuated the machine, pressure tested, leaked and loaded the exact amount of refrigerant

And you still told me these words in the chat history,

So who’s lying?

the bill also shows them.

  1. Vacuum performed on unit to remove non-condensables.
  2. Nitrogen tanks needed to check for leaks
  3. Refrigerant Recovery
  4. Recovery Tank 30 Pounds
  5. 404-A Refrigerant Charge per Pound

the repair company also fill the refrigerant into the compressor, not only vacuum system.

So I want to ask.

The repair company judged that there was no problem with the compressor, but after the repair the compressor had a problem.

Wouldn’t it make sense that you should consult the repair company if there was an error during the repair process?

So what did I cheat you? Not only did I not hold the repair company responsible for this, but I also gave you a replacement compressor, free of charge.

Let’s start at the top, and discuss the events leading up to this.

  1. terry paid for a diagnostic service.

  2. the technician indicated there wasn’t any leak in the system.

  3. the technician then refilled the system with refrigerant.

  4. at this point the compressor was determined to be faulty.

  5. Terry then sent a new compressor Inorder to fix the issue.

This was my understanding of the events. Correct me if I am wrong here.

After all this why was the same shop not invoiced a second time for the compressor install?

It seems like it was paid for to diagnose, but not to actually fix the root problem. The compressor.

Is this correct?

If equipment doesn’t work you refund or replace

Making customers do repairs is bad customer service

I already knew your cheap gear and shitty service would be something I’d never waste a second or penny on. Hopefully the rest of the folks here see how amateurish your junk selling business is and will avoid you like the wuhan flu

funny how active users here get harassed for not being “verified” trying to sell a jar of honey or a little hemp flower but scam artists like terry can continue to peddle their junkyard slapped together “lab” equipment for what… 5 years now?

@Future if you aren’t going to have a verification for stainless/glass slangers you should at least ban the bad players(or threaten a ban unless they make issues right) to protect your community

You are exactly correct. Terry refused to pay for the install

@Terry_Manager why don’t you post the last bit of our conversation. Me telling you how upset I am that I’m responsible to pay for the install you you basically telling me sorry my company is no good. That’s all we can do the repair cost more then the unit. Lol

Don’t worry @Terry_Manager every post I see of yours I’ll be sure to share my experience. You’re trying to paint a picture like I’m the bad guy lol. Posting out of context pics. That basically still support my claims lol.

after 3. the technician then refilled the system with refrigerant;

technician and Tom think that the compressor is ok; but later the freeze dryer can not work and my technician think the pressure in the compressor is too high;
at this time we think there is problem in the compressor .

so finally we send new one compressor to Tom for free;

But no install on the compressor lol
