We are in the need to talk to you about gummies. Not sure if this will go as a pm or post publicly
I’ll dm you now
Sorry in advance if I goof up the rules.
We are looking for a contract petcin gummy manufacturer.
If this is not the best place to post, let me know.
Thanks.
What active ingredient are you infusing? CBD, D8, D9?
I can mostlikely help you, how many are you looking for?
Hi I saw your message that you can do Vegan Pectin D8 gummies. Can you do in different flavors and potencies at a wholesale price. I am looking for loose gummies in ziplock bags, we will do the packaging. Can you send me samples to take a look and then confirm the order.
Do let me know,
Thanks in advance
DM sent your way…

Continuing the discussion from RE: Pectin Based Vegan Gummies:
Hi,
Happy to hear from you.
I would like to start with samples of D8 gummies in 50mg and 100mg potency. You can send me samples of atleast 50 gummies each. I would like to get the flavours you make and if you have watermelon, mango, huckleberry/blueberry, orange it would be good. If you have any other flavours do let me know you can send me those too.
I would also like to know if your D8 is hemp based or not. Also would like to know are your gummies pectin based or Agar agar based or anything else. Like I said in my post, I would like only Vegan gummies
Pls let me know your price per piece.
If my clients like your gummies then I can get a sample order of 250 gummies per flavour and once it is accepted and sales picks up we are looking at 5000 to 10000 pcs to buy regularly.
If your price and quality will match with my clients then we can have long term relationship.
Once you confirm you can supply with your pricing then I can send my address so that you can send me the samples. Hope the samples will be free.
Thanking you in advance and hoping for a long term business relationship.
Regards
Viswa
P.S I would like to get your phone number too so that we can talk and chat easily. I am anyway sending the message again, just in case you haven’t seen it.
I’m interested in finding a manufacturer to produce CBD pectin gummies with a relatively low MOQ to start with. Would like to get samples of virgin gummies to get an idea of the consistency and flavor. Do any manufacturers allow their clients to provide the active ingredient (CBD)?
I’ve spent a bit of time making my own gummies but the cost of manufacturing myself seems to outweigh the benefits. Many thanks in advance!
I’ve been getting pectin gummies from @Kingofthekush420 and they are good.
You can also search or make a post in the “want to buy” sub category under hempire building and may get some good leads there.
thank you very much for your reply
@Kingofthekush420 makes some very good (imo) pectin gummies, the texture and taste is on point!
Many thanks, I’m making an attempt to contact @Kingofthekush420
Do you know the best way to contact? I’m looking for the link here but i might not have access because i’m new to the site. Thank you.
Just like beetlejuice…
Mutter @Kingofthekush420 three times
Two ways come to mind:
- You cure them on a rack at room temp (roughly 60-70 F) for 48 hours to five days.
- You can alternatively toss in allulose to create a powdered coating that will become translucent over time if handled correctly.
There are definitely other options than what you’re doing. I’d encourage you to speak with pastry chefs outside the industry thats where I learned a ton of information about gummy science.
I’m so curious to see how well it can swap between flavors or if its a complete bitch to swap out. Beautiful scale in function
You can run them all day long with the proper plumbing and storage tanks, not a major issue changing between flavors but obviously it’s simpler to run two flavors (or however many hoppers you have) per batch.
Dead thread but agar + slow set (60-70 DE) pectin is a great combo for workable time for jacketed hopper depositors and desirable texture in the final product. Slow set pectin has a setting pH that intersects conveniently with the setting pH of some commercially available agars. The setting action for midrange esterified pectins is dependent on the dissolved solid % in your syrup as well as pH, while agar tends to form reversible hydrocolloid gels in favorable pH conditions in the range of 35-45⁰ C. You can use pretty simple pka calculations to determine ideal citric acid additions to your syrup to achieve your target pH if your ingredient suppliers can provide you with COA’s for your inputs. I’ve found it helpful to build spreadsheets with formulas and variable inputs for pH, total dissolved solids, and cannabinoid % of my feedstock that will spit out values for individual ingredient mass per batch while maintaining ⁰Bx, pH, and mg/unit even as COA’s change from suppliers.
@MillerliteRN If any of them can connect. Would love to learn from the experts. I plan to produce in large scale very soon. I am currently in process of doing R&D before I can set things up. Would love to learn from.member on standard stable recipe of pectin sugar and sugar free gummies, cooking, drying process, etc. TIA
