@Greenleafpro that mixer has saved me countless labor hours and probably several discs/vertebrae
I don’t have the ability to overwater by 15% or 20% to keep the nitrate accumulation down. I actually leach, amend, and mix in between each cycle

Most likely light dep, but I’m hoping for a small full term lot as well, we are just cutting it close with timing. We are still picking out strains, terpee slurpee is one I’m somewhat interested in seeing its gmo with orange zkittlez, skwirl killer is another I havent grown, im hoping to get a good skunky funk out of. This year is mostly about pheno hunting flavors so it should be interesting. Thanks @MedSchoolDrop22, that is part of the plan for sure, cant wait! If any okies want an extra hand setting up this year, hit me up.
Anyone run crane city seeds? Just saw rezin rainbow that sounds cool.
I’m not! But I just looked them up and they guarantee at-least 1 keeper pheno per pack (on single pack orders) of seeds. Kind of an interesting idea (and bold claim)…
The copper is toxic to plants, but foen what I can tell that’s why they use it, it’s not meant to be a source of nutrition. From what I’ve read its meant to make the “plants roots die back and begin to grow laterally” this is supposed to make thw plants roots fill up the container more instead of just growing straight down.
I’m very dubious of these all these claims, partly because the product has been around for so many years but is impossible to find in person.
I wouldn’t use it. Just my opinion tho…
I’ve been kind of interested in trying it for a couple years now. I dont expect it to work, but if it did it would be a nice addition to solo cups for starts.
Just put your plug into the solo half way then cover with soil up to .5” left uptop in case you’d like to topsoil the cup for more time. But as soon as they reach down they’ll start growing every which way they can.
Makes me wanna do a solo cup challenge lol
Let me know if you need some clones, so far we have been running trucks weekly to OK. Fem. Seeds too. Happy growing
Send me some cuts so we can see how they do outdoors…
Free promo brah
Dm me I got snips to do lol
Stoked, got the veg rooms all cleaned up and ready for the season. Got some clones transplanted. And got all my soil components (for first batch) unloaded from my pickup and staged (to be taken up to the outdoor spot, taking it up in my friends truck because the road is absolutely fucked and the ol work truck isn’t really a good off-roader)
Forgot how good the well water is at my place. 6.5 from the frost free. Woo. I don’t give plants destined for the outdoor spot RO (because they will be living on well water up there the rest of their life’s anyways lol)
Hopefully get some more clones in the next couple weeks and going to sprout all the seeds April 1st.
Stoked. For. Summer.
you don’t do the cup in a cup technique to keep light from the roots?
I was wondering too.
I just rock classic red solos…
Nah I didn’t that time, I wanted to see the roots for my own pleasure & research, as long as I kept a well canopy they didn’t have much algae build up. On the ones that did some h2o2 worked well to remove it. But didn’t really have any lockout, I even had 10 of them I pulled to be ambient temp plants while waiting for homes & they survived easy too.
you know the clear ones nest in the red ones perfectly? just cut a few holes in the bottom
it costs all of $3 and will de-wook your garden immediately
I typically use reds, but this was right when shit hit the fan & everyone bought all the stores out, only cups I could find lol
I thought how I would win a solo cup challenge. I would use either hemp fiber or rockwool croutons with a ton of air space in ebb and flow. The alternative would be recirculating coco drip. Top at the 4th node and make sure the PAR is over 500. It’s essentially SOG dialed in.
This, a submersible pump, a garden hose and a reservoir of your choice = foliar feeding monster…
Also use the same thing to water with, but take the sprayer off the end.
