I have also seen where there are cracking down on d8 accidentally made with crc but I don’t run an Oregon processing facility so maybe someone else here can chime in

It’s been completely off limits for rec for a bit now. I’ve already seen labs have to destroy many, many liters of poorly made D9 distillate popping hot for D8 (pass-through of media during crude filtration coupled with massive leaks during distillation).
