OK: your non-c1d1 days are limited…

I spoke to a guy named Nick that is in charge of enforcement side for these regulations from the gas association. They are going to be requiring peer reviews on the c1d1 room, extraction equipment, and also field reviews. They are adopting similar regulatory framework as California. If anyone needs help with this, let me know! We can provide all these services/products!

You missed point of NEEPA NEEMA. PSI had nothing to do with it. In the future, leave poor John out of it. Poor John / Tol Hansse. - YouTube

(No idea what they are saying. I don’t speak…that)

Price gouging those peer reviews and c1d1 services will destroy a bunch of businesses too. I’m all for safety but this document was drafted in Dec 2020. It got dropped in our lap 3 weeks prior to the deadline. If it was about safety it wouldn’t have sat on the desk that long.

You guys should have seen this coming.

We will be just fine. I am going to play by the rules.

I was really talking about the practice of using “public safety” as an excuse for a money grab.

Or using public safety to protect the thousand of minimum wage weed employees in Oklahoma.

What size is it? Lol that’s nuts, almost as much as my full equipment cost (including a c1d1) for my smaller buildout im completing rn.:joy:

Cannabis taxed out the ass.

I need to start reselling paint booths, chinese medias, and rebranded natural gas pumps too. Fuck.

One-off state takes action to bring it’s safety and inspection guidelines in-line with the vast majority of other cannabis states.

OR

One-off state continues it’s free and open policies despite impending federal legalization/regulation and safety incidents.

Everyone take your bets now!

You must have some pretty cheap equipment then, you get what you pay for with equipment like this which is the ability to run more solvents because the system can handle more, anyone can be cheap and go small but I’ve been in plenty of shitty 15-20k c1d1s that I wouldn’t put me or my employees in :man_shrugging:

Probably done more buildouts than anyone on here other than @c1d1labs

If you know where to get all your equipment directly and have your own PE on your team you dont need to pay cannabis tax on anything.

Cost doesnt translate into quality, rather the due diligence you did or didnt do for your sourcing.

I can sell you a $78k bizzybee with the fancy dragon laser engraved, or I can get you the same ASME vessels direct from china, and a custom skid made for less than $50k, with a PE certificate.

Enjoy paying some people 60-100% margins. At the cost of you not doing your own due diligence.

Sometimes time is money but when you’re able to do those things that makes you an asset. We thankfully have a c1d1 a week or two before these regs took place. Can’t put a price on being future compliant. It’s a beautiful Tuesday. Wish everyone a good one.
