So is this all we need to have filled out to be in compliance now? I’m pretty confused about all these changes as I can’t find anything on omma’s website.

It’s not omma related. Lpg

Liability insurance for this that are federally illegal will be both hard to find and very expensive when you do.

I can’t believe all the people doubling down on their investment at this point and they don’t even know if they’re going to be able to get a rec license. Supreme confidence or supreme stupidity one of those is going on

Sooo what ever happened with all of this. Are they requiring booths in oklahoma now, to get compliancy… or to just get gas… where did this end up

The LPG board is requiring more than just a C1D1 and basically “helping” the State Fire Marshall by implementing what they say was already in effect but not enforced. For instance, they require fire suppression no matter the amount of solvent used in the controlled space. They will NOT give temporary licenses even if proof of contract with licensed fire suppression company is presented along with other documents. BTW most fire suppression companies are backed up several months because of supply chain issues. Frustrating to say the least.

I know the rules and regulations for labs is much different from curing/processing/packaging buildings/areas

In Colorado we put in a stand alone building dedicated to all things drying/curing. The county fire marshall was requiring automatic sprinkler systems in the entire building due to the drying plant material… we ended up compromising and installed a series of these hanging extinguishers. I have no idea if that would work for a booth but they were easy to install and much cheaper than the chemical automatic sprinkler system.

They require a thermal detector and integrated to the control panel to be able to shut the fan off. So a fully automated system.

I totally tried and asked about similar bottle suppression and they said nope :frowning:

Where would I go about getting my extraction equipment peer reviewed. I’m in oklahoma.

You will need a P.E. that is licensed in OK.

Working backwords to obtain an EPR is a pain and most P.E.'s will not do it.

This is why its crucial to buy equipment that already carries an EPR and only needs a field-verification to be compliant and operational. Best of luck.

Yea I’m curious as to where I can get one done… the quote I have right now is 7k plus… anyone know of any cheaper places

7k is CHEAP for an EPR to be written, especially for a machine already built.

Most P.E. firms will be 10-20k per design.

Agree, that’s a pretty good price.

Best price you’re gonna find TBH.

And you will almost 100% certainly have to change up the system as well.
