Separate from the ethical implications involved with selling an extract containing ibotenic acidā¦i believe your redacted COA shows the presence of at least one schedule 1 narcotic. Extracted 5-HO-DMT is not legal to buy, posess, or sell in the USA.

I am seeing this everywhere. Itās the same as Delta 8, new standards, misidentifying peaks, no clarity etc. This forum is going to criticize (either for right or wrong, Iām not commenting on that) but I think this IS going to be a trend that keeps expanding.
My opinion is rather than tear this guy down letās have a civil conversation and figure this out. If itās NOT a neurotoxin etc it could bring psychedelic access to many, which I HOPE is his good intentions. On the other hand, once we have more clarity we can understand if these are dangerous and tell him not to sell him.
I donāt see anything ill intent wise. Maybe naive. Maybe careless. But cāmon guys, let him at least explain himself when he can. I really fucking hate the mob mentality here, this is such a drama forum on every fucking thread these days. Itās more like boomers arguing on Facebook than the bleeding edge.

I donāt mean to tear anyone down. I do think it needed to be pointed out for any potential customers that his product is illegal to buy, sell, or posess due to it containing Bufotenin and being labeled an extract. 5-HO-DMT extracts are treated as schedule 1 narcotics by the DEA.

I totally agree, but I do think the lab work is a similar situation to d8 being identified as d9 initially because of no standards.
Iād like to think heās just confused and not trying to sell schedule 1 in public as his business model.
Iāve used similar products from GLG members here and they are amazing. Both macro dosing, but specifically micro dosing has really had benefits for me. The experience I had with these similar products was more enjoyable to me than cubes. 
As I understand there are several versions of this floating around:
1.) straight amnita
2.) straight acodmt
3.) acodmt conversion
4.) cube conversion (as stated here)

Many of the COAs iāve seen have pointed to the presence of 5-HO-DMT and/or 4-AcO-DMT and while I do enjoy people having access to psychedelics I donāt want to see uninformed customers go to jail for posession.
4-Aco-DMT is going to be covered by the analogue act and Bufotenin is already a schedule 1 Narcotic. Sale of the latter might be permissable in some areas like Denver or Ann Arbor but I donāt think thats the business model im seeing from the gas station/ smoke shop vendors peddling these types of products.
For the record I wouldnāt care too much about this sort of thing except I also enjoy people having access to psychedelics and I think these sorts of products will just cause public panic due to the increase in hospitalizations linked to shady ingredientsā¦like ibotenic acidā¦and that sort of stuff will limit access to psychedelics in the long run

Hey, totally agree. Just saying this guy has reached a point where he is unable to answer our questions. He says he will get the answers. So Iām just waiting for him to come back with some info and Iāll give him the benefit of the doubt until then that he wasnāt trying to poison folks intentionally.

Iāve got nothing against chemists, especially the ones that have deliberately explored the limits of our neurochemistry at their own riskā¦itās the ones that only think they know what theyāre doing that scare me, because they tend to conduct freelance āclinical studiesā without informed consentā¦which seems to me what we have here IF active ingredients arenāt IDād and quantified on the COA or the āmagic preformed by our wizard ā isnāt explicitly stated.

Iāve just got back home after touching some grass as I mentioned before i feel out of my comfort zone here and I only want to offer total transparency to you all and Future4200. I really appreciate everyone who has slightly pivoted this discussion with a more open stance.
I was professional sound engineer by trade and had my whole life taken away from me when covid hit and was told to retrain into a new industry by my government after honing my craft for 15 years. This led me into a huge hole financially and became depressed. My friend got me to microdose which changed my life and so I wanted to offer that to my friends in the music industry. Now weāre here.
For the last 3 years I have been running a retail business in the UK & Portugal where I provide access to this medicine in the form of chocolates and microdose capsules and tinctures. My mum powderises whole fungi which is shipped from cali and formulates into finalised products. This business expanded really quickly via word of mouth to the point mum and I couldnāt keep up with the orders. This is hugely stressful in many ways especially with all the risks involved.
I connected with my chemist when I was looking for help to expand manufacturing and fulfilment and gained a huge amount of trust and respect for this man as he would always go above and beyond (sent me 10KG of flower free of charge when I had 10kgs seized from customs) to make sure my business was functioning when UK laws made it so difficult for me to do so.
Since November 2023 we have been discussing how we can bring access to this medicine to Europe and the UK as the reviews I receive from my clients/customers is simply worth the risk and so we wanted to find a way without facing any regulatory headwinds and thus arose the conversation about non detect.
Iām not going to lie about not seeing an opportunity here as I thought this was my lightbulb moment. I deemed ND to be a hugely innovative biotech that essentially could help people gain access across the globe. And of course this excited me naturally as I thought we finally found the answer to our huge issue of accessibility in the UKā¦
In hindsight I shouldnt have written a post asking more questions around this subject rather than offering a product I clearly know very little about the science of. My hands are up here and Iām sorry to offend any of you which I clearly have.
I am taking in ALL your responses and will be going back to my chemist to work through everything to get back to you all with totally clarity. Iām hoping that he has all the right answers but after reading through maybe even he doesnāt know some of this which then means we have to go back to the drawing board.
I will respond to ALL YOUR POINTS, once I have heard from my chemist. If you have any further advice about how we can offer access to this medicine across the globe I would love to speak with you. I have thousands of clients and want to do the best for them I can.

Well the first thing youre gonna have to do is get rid of the 5-HO-DMT in your extract if you want it to be legal ( besides the ibotenic acid thats a neurotoxin which is a whole nother subject)
Technically you are selling and exporting a schedule 1 right now which is no difference then selling actual psilocybin mushrooms

Also even though Portugal has relaxed regulation concerning drug use and possession, large scale import could still land you in jail. I donāt see a viable Business here in the current legal framework of either country.
