Ive yet to see any in the ones Iāve tested, given i havenāt tested on mass spec but on hplc Iāve yet to see any pop for either and Iāve tested a bunch of strains

The amount varies wildly from the tests Iāve seen but some varieties/isolations will produce alkaloids in the mycelia. People have utilized it for vat style cultivation before.

So you absolutely can get liquid cultures to produce psilocybin if thatās your goal.
