Very well stated SoRogue and I currently have license agreements with 2 facilities is the states, 1 in Canada and 1 in Equidor. I will be a guest speaker at Equidors Hemp Summit in July. I agree, my oil will be able to be reverse engineered and someday the machine will be knocked off. I will tell you it will not be cheap to do and the machine is only made by us and its would take an engineer, metal fabricator ect… I would like to have it out there as under as much protection as possible if it ends up being as successful as we hope. The more success with minimal exposure for as long as possible is our current model.
Going through the 10 of 1,000 of dollars at one point we stumbled across the oil. It is so clean at the beginning. We moved to follow the industry as to turning it into a distilate and then isolating the compounds. The numbers all work to have us move forward because we feel it will be a huge competitor of BHO and CO2.
BUTTTTTT the thing is that after it comes out of my machine you can instantly pull the oil out and smoke it. You cannot even feel it go in. Many people say “it’s not working” as they have smoke billowing out of her mouth while they say that. It is as if you are breathing air…unless the battery/device is set at to high of a temperature.
THATS what keeps drawing me back to my question. There is so much time and money spent through the distillation and isolation process. Why not STOP If you have a safe beautiful oil that is almost exactly like a rosin. You can see the pictures that I have provided above. That is my oil right after it comes out of my machine. You can see how clear it is. Since your a biochemist then you know there are many ways of fractionating/extracting even with sound waves.
Im sure that there are those that will pick one sentence or word I have stated and will tar and feather me for it. I initially felt this would be a good group to have as a sounding board specifically on that subject.
I appreciate the way you stated your comments ad they were very professional. I keep being reminded by some as to the professionalisms of the members on this site. I was losing faith and am a little surprised as to how closed minded some are.
By the way the person that made the comments about a patent being able to be taken if someone can prove they had the idea previously hidden away in a drawer somewhere, that Is how it used to be but not anymore. It is now the first want to file. There were too many lawsuits so the patent office put a stop to that.

Submit some samples and we will be able to tell you why you should continue processing your oil. If you extract hemp you should be able to ship it to any cannabis company and make your case for your improvement

Cyclopath…if you have read the entire thread you will see that i said it is an impressive edible. I was speaking of being able to use it right after the extraction in my machine it has not been decarbed yet so at that point it HAS to be smoked. Could you do that with yours? As far as burning yo hot if you are familiar with atomizers in smoking devices they burn at different temperatures. If to hot for the size of the hole in the device it does not give the same effect.
Slabby I was speaking of clarity as in not being cloudy and free of plant matter. I am also discussing a full spectrum oil for the person to enjoy the “enterogue effect”. I can submit clear isolate images as well but that is not the topic of discussion. I am in no way saying bho and CO2 do not make the best isolates out there. I am also not talking about distilates or isolates. If you look at most full spectrum crudes they are a black tar and are not clear as in “clarity” as in light will not pass through.

I will admit @NNI that the people on this thread have been a little especially harsh to you compared to most days, but this industry is known for being harsh sometimes. There are a lot of no nonsense people on here that came from the black market, so they are experts (better than the DEA) at spotting phonies, lames, and con artists. Each of your posts contains a lot of words, but not a lot of info. I think I speak for most of us here when I say the way you come across feels like a jumble of double-speak. It may just be that you are a business man and this is a more science forward site, so it may be more helpful to ask your lab director to address this community.
@Curious_Roberto said it best. If you’re not willing to explain or prove what makes your process revolutionary, then we can’t help you make it a reality. I will admit I just learned what “obfuscate” means, but that’s a perfect word for what you’re doing. You need clearer, more precise language that is correct in terminology, or the good ol boys of this network will roll you in your own oil and dance around your smoke to the Grateful Dead.
It also doesn’t help that you are going to be a guest speaker in a country whose name you can’t even spell. This makes you look like one of the ‘get rich quick’/‘I know the secret to life’ kinda people that have been flooding this industry since 2018.
If @cyclopath wants to pick a fight with you, you messed up. Take a step back and regroup before you come back to this site. You need to create a new thread/topic tomorrow that more clearly states A. what specifically you are asking B. what your intentions are for the future and for your patients/clients C. why you believe your product is better than what’s out there and how it will contribute to this industry.
I have learned more through this site and through collaborating with its patrons, then I ever did in 10 years of black market and 4 (wasted) years of schooling. We can all be a remarkable asset for you and your business aspirations, but you have to cooperate when floating through the ocean cause this industry right now is no man’s land.
