I never heard of $21 in MA though. $25 has been entry level since 1-2 years ago. Even Maine is $25-35 for entry level.
Yea I think like 18 is what they pay here starting at most places. Minimum is 15
California actually has the lowest paying hash work out of any other state and we’re supposed to have the most money. Personally if it was me I’d just say I need a worker, 1k cash for 2 days. Everyone is stoked, everyone keeps moving.

Anyone complaining on the $20/hr is trippin. If you’re self employed making hash, I know this may seem low. However, If you’ve looked into the job market in CA for cannabis workers with no experience, $20/hr is prime. Any entry level dispo/cultivation/extraction job I’ve seen in Humboldt hires at $16-18 tops.
Whoever mentioned in n out, go flip some burgers and get bitched at by your high school manager and see how that compares to a great learning experience making (and I’m sure taste testing) some amazing hash. Have fun coming home smelling like burgers and fries instead of like dank weed.
