A (20l?) jacketed glass reactor with a circulating heater/chiller is also a valid response, but is more expensive to scale when you discover you need to move from 7l to 50l batch size
This is what we decarb our isolate in. They do come in various sizes…just not as ubiquitous or robust as SS kegs imo.
