3 hours in (since acid was added) and 110 minutes since peak exothermic. Temp dropped to 55c, ramped to 75c (slowly over 2 hours) .
All test golden.

Honestly, I have been getting inconsistent results. I will be sending one off from this batch to KCA and hopefully it will be more meaningful than the results that I have been getting. My last run was at 71% TAC which was 15% lower than the run I did before that with the same parameters (60C for 1hr).
Do you ever expose your ptsa to the open air for extended periods of time before introduction? Reason I ask is that ive had weird results when using exactly same run parameters, but my ptsa was on the scale for like 20 mins. exposed to the open air. Dunno if this weakens it or what? I would have thought it took longer.

Same stuff every time. The Isolate is super clean.

No, we keep the acid sealed and when we weigh it out it goes into a ziplock to be added to the reactor when we are ready.
