You need to talk to your order department. We are waiting on a 7700$ refund after they did not ship a unit in time and we had to purchase a different machine from another company. Now PayPal is going to collect the debt from them if they refund us our cash and if they refuse our legal team will be contacting them.
The order is for H2 processing.
Please pass the message along as I’d hate to have to get my lawyers involved when they are busy with my licensing and they are not responding to your Instagram account.

Did you get your rotovap seal issue resolved as well?
No I contacted them and they gave me some BS about I have to talk to my Sales rep ( who hasnt responded in a month and a half)
