Lets set D8 straight

I say we nail the RXN down first. Get consistent with that.

Just my 2 cents…

Just to be clear I will cover any rxns needed and fund whatever else is needed to be considered a part of the CT squad and get this shit proven and or fixed but make no mistake about it I am the guy on the mower.

Science takes time.

Can’t rush that shit.

I think we get samples made of the top 3 and send them in
Once we know wich one comes back cleanest we start tweaking parameters

No reason both avenues couldn’t, or shouldn’t, be pursued simultaneously.

Having concrete data around d8/d9 separations with the analytics becoming available to the forum is only going to benefit science as a whole.

Maybe we get to a 99.9% reaction, at the moment, I’m hedging my bets on chromatography

Let’s get one of a chroma specialists on it then.

A team for RXNs

A team for chroma.

I’d say that’s doable

It is my goal to avoid chroma
Knowing that it s a step but few will implement
Unless at gunpoint

Dibs on any simple shit that still gets group credit.

It’s almost to that stage if we’re to believe what’s taking place openly here.

This reminds of grade school when the teacher would pair up kids to work on an assignment.

Why do I have a feeling I’ll be part of the group that’s eating glue?

I’m the only one that says they eat glue… I have a 30 iq.

Thank god I’m not working on this. I would think I can eat the isolate and shit the d8.

Fantastic idea! While all y’all d8 manufacturers putin the work on standardizing the manufacturing process, some of us are working on a step-by-step on testing it in house.

Between @tokesandtinkery, @HeisenbergInd, @TheGratefulPhil, @Dr_Jebril, and @AlexSiegel we should be able to get all these GCMSs ready to confirm all the great work that’s about to come out

Well, looks like we better start learning to synth this, unless its commercially available under a different CAS number

I’ll supply continuous countercurrent LLE columns at a steep discount to anyone who will open source the SOPs they develop with them in relation to purifying converted cannabinoids

I’m quite certain that a huge part of why so much nasty stuff is in this oil is because the washing steps are laborious and time consuming and generate losses- anyone using a sep funnel or reactor is playing with sticks and stones compared to countercurrent extractors-

0 emulsions.

I decided to build these specifically because I want to see them used to clean up impurities from converted oil- they are purpose built to handle strong acids and harsh solvents like toluene and allow for many many more awesome tricks to be performed than simple brine washes.
