Edit: because I commented to early in the AM.
It is my thread.
I think it’s just basic education to respond even if thre comments feel out of place, and/or ill intended.
Really. It’s ok.
Mad
Hahaha My bad.
Forget about my comment.
Thanks for looking out bro.
Very groovy!
LoL
Today was a good day.
Since yesterday i got my new pump the Xtractor Depot 12 CFM 15 micron (VP2200N), i got me a coupler that i was missing at the Hardware store and voila!
So i started to make pressure tests and failed many times, because i don’t know how to put a rig together. After a few tries, success. Pressure is holding up for 9 hours straight with no change whatsoever and i have changed position and temps to see what. Nothing.
Also tested the vacuum degassing chamber that @Baked-All-Day sold me and i even forgot about it and like two hours after i came back and there it was holding nice at -25hg.
So this is me getting into it.
Passionately.
Mad.
First run happening now.
-
Ice cream cake trim frozen since 6 months ago.
-
Regular Ice from the fridge
-
Newport canned butane
-
High pressure clamps
Here goes nothing…
Mad
Please tell me you aren’t doing that inside
Im not doing it inside bro.
It’s a little terrace just next to the patio.
Trying my best here!
Thanks man.
The diamonds are not gonna work, i need dry ice and a little ice chest to do the crashing… It evaporated completely, so i learned a couple of things not-to do…
Cool
You can still make diamonds without dry ice. Key is to cap it when it becomes honey.
I’m really digging your outside workplace, looks awesome
What about an ice cooler with lots of fresh cold ice for a couple of hours then cap?
It might do something, or not?
What he’s saying is that cold crashing is unnecessary to get diamonds…
Evap solvent until the oil thickens up. Then cap it
Gonna try that tonight!
And will place on heat as well. Ninety farenheit.
Thanks guys!
If you can isolate your sugar crystals, try recrystallizing them. Should be pretty easy. Leave more solvent in it at first then let it evaporate slowly
Stumbled onto this and even got me a sample package…
CRX
CRX™ is the new standard in all around color remediation media for in-line hydrocarbon extraction. Designed for high flow, safety, and ease of use, CRX™ is great at removing unwanted colors while maintaining the most terpene and cannabinoid profiles. Its granular size allows for high flow and low pressure drops. Baking, prepping, and packing the media are a thing of the past. CRX™ is ready to go right out of the package.
Cheers…
Let us know how it works out for you
Yes of course @FicklePickle that’s the idea, even tho I’m only gonna use a 6 inch column with the powder and then duda sheets with a sintered disc. This will be in-line…
2 inch strip of fabric with the sintered disc insert under the 6 inch column packed with the CRX…
And see what that does!
@FicklePickle thanks bro!
Ok, i have a run right now, i am gonna try to crystallize.
Will leave it in the vacuum chamber at 90 F with no vacuum.
We’ll see then…
