And @cyclopath or @Photon_noir may be better than I at explaining the science behind why those tolerances don’t directly translate to each other, as most of my evidence and experience is anecdotal. I’ve seen heavy smokers/dabbers get too high on small doses more than once.
Imo, just like with everything you build up a tolerance.
I dab 3g a week personally, and only during gardening time. That’s quite a bit.
@Akoyeh thanks for the interest and you know about the mustard!!! That’s what most of us in Baltimore call it and I believe it would have the highest fatty content in the crab. So theoretically if I added the infused butter it would naturally try to bond more with the guts/mustard. Now for years people called it mustard but it is more like a form of intestinal system for the crab endocartioblahblah something I’ll try and post a link about that on here tomorrow. So no RSO ,Inject after the crabs are.steamed. My concept behind decarboxilating the flower for the seasoning has a theory behind it. Like shrimp when you touch the shell you get it on your fingers dip it in the butter and your eating the seasoning essentially. While steamed with corn on the cob that you can roll in that same butter . You got yourself a cannacrabfest . Tons off pics of the boat and live crabbing n dabbing on my Instagram @rosedalesfinest_vernarellis and to see the infusion happen in live stream it will be tomorrow at 7:00 pm est I don’t think using a CBD beer in the mix to further infuse is overboard but if I find the right one and it helps with the flavor I’m with it. I also agree with @Apothecary36 about using some fresh flower for flavor with the seasoning I have just the right flower for it to I nicknamed it Oldbay bubble …aka gorrilla bubble thanks again for the advice I’ll post pics tomorrow or follow me on ig or my fb cannacrabber
If by “those tolerances”, you mean eaten vs. smoked, then it’s a matter of metabolism and metabolites. First pass metabolism (i.e. gi tract and liver) often modulates drugs to be less potent than direct methods like injection or inhalation. In fact, it is the body’s main defense system against toxins. However, with THC, this is rather an opposite case… the primary liver metabolite of THC is 11-OH-THC, which is considered to be up to 10X as potent as THC, alone. When smoked, the majority of the THC bypasses liver metabolism, going straight into the bloodstream and brain. This is why the tolerances differ; the actual drug affecting the body is different!
Thank you @Photon_noir!
i think thats what the “ground up” tag is for. All “other” plant stuff
just need to use code
