Cat 3
What changed?
Idk what changed but thats some dark disty
Maybe some first pass on a wfe? @Maxline
Typo mistake…
Better get some oxy absorbers under those lids next time or buyers are gonna cry about the red layer.
red layer?
The oxidized oil in the jars.
Red ring of death normaly refers to the upper most top layer, not the entire contents of jar.
That’s what my tails look like (color wise).
Same was thinking are they selling tails?
There actually does seem to be a ring on top that’s even more red than the rest of it. Just looks like really old material run first pass with no additional color remediation.
Oil looks fine. Trim run. Just not preventing oxidation is gonna hurt in a flooded market. Anyone saying tails is using a shortpath so can get lighter oil fraction separately. Cannabinoid content difference in the single digits is just bragging rights.
You say trim run like disty is made with anything else lol
Youve never had bulk flower to process?
No difference in a trim run vs a nugget run in spd.
All my spd runs are trim run, and a beautiful light gold blonde color. And 91%
No difference in ratio of main body to tails?
From my 3 runs
900ml crude starting
50ml (aprox) heads
I can pull 500+ml of 1st pass mains
75ml tails (aprox)
Rest goes in the garbage
Spd doesnt care what starting material is. It does not discriminate
I find that hard to believe since what you put in is what you get out. There is a world of difference between crude of flower to trim.
How so
Explain what makes the difference.
The end result is crude. Crude is crude. Just like the old saying, which weighs more, 10lbs feathers or 10lbs rocks? Both weigh 10lbs.
So if my trim is say 10%, my flower is 20%. It takes me 2x the trim to = flower %. Doesnt matter how you get to the crude.
id recheck your logic there skippy
