have no issues with quick crash using year and a half old butane.

That was my experience as well.

I will say that I have yet to experience this on anything I’ve ran outside of work using butane I received towards the beginning of the year. I’m towards the end of that supply now though, so I will let you guys know if anything happens after I start a new tank.

Update:

So I started a new tank of butane yesterday, and sure enough I am now experiencing the fast crash/irregular formations.
