Thanks @Killa12345. Hit me up if you’d like and I’ll be happy to help
But look how quick
If I learned anything in this industry. Looks can be deceiving. Haven’t you seen pretendo hemp flowers. Lol. It’s all about taste!
Looks awesome coming out of the mold like that. I wonder if everyone sop comes out the mold like that?
I have a set of @darkcitymolds on hand. And most of you know the recipe (I/we) use… it’s not as flawless…
but… I can dump 126 cavities of the Recipe. In 1 min 26 seconds my first attempt. If I had a sugary baking sheet of sugar, easily 45 seconds to de mold.
Have a vid, but to big to up load
Your demold speed is definitely a function of recipe (obvious I guess) and to some degree geometry, but any high quality recipe optimized for running volume should yield comparable results.
I’ve got some of your standard size cube molds and they are levels above other molds I’ve got. Great construction! Do you have a recommendation for a depositor that has enough nozzles to hit all of the cavities?
Thanks! Yep, I’ll shoot you a DM and we can talk through options.
The watch needs to go, in that video. Simple shit. That really is a no brainer.
my original recipe said to oil or powder the molds. I stopped doing that a while ago but mone dont just drop out like that either.
Hah, I’ve had this conversation a few times Personally, I agree with you.
Is there some special recipe I’m missing? Or is it maybe something specifically formulated for easy separation from the mold?
If I get a free mold ill test it to see if it has exceptional release qualities. have no issues but do a push out, pull out technique which isnt as easy as dumping.
Vegan Gummies.pdf (63.2 KB)
Do you have a link for this mold has more cavities?
Yes there are larger molds available…at a much higher cost…
Edit…Welcome to the forum
Yeah we got em
Hi sir, how do I order your molds?
Just sent a DM! Site is being developed and will be up by end of month.
Gummy Bear is not trademarked?
wonder if Yummy BearTM would fly?
(nope. not even close…)
so you’re taking the “artist formerly know as Prince” approach?
that the symbol , formally pronounced “bear” is clearly differentiated from the actual word “bear”?
hmmm…
