Perhaps GEMINILABS may be able to actually offer consistent product, that they would stand by, have proper traceability in place.

Why buy from you, a non entity that doesn’t exist, who cant ship freight property, answer mail and sees gaslighting as an effective way of avoiding doing the gentlemanly thing and taking the inferior product back?

Don’t buy from me, we have 50+ customers. They seem to love to send us money, I am guessing there is a reason why.

I want a refund and am sending product back to you.
You are not sending me on technical detour of your making to mask the shitshow of recent business with you.
Im done with you and I want refund.
Its not about money, its about good business practice.
Recovering from service failure tells a lot about a persons character, that they accept shortcomings and do what is right to resolve them.
I gave you days to act asking in private before you bring this shitshow that is your operating procedures out into the open.

Three days ago I said, let me send back inferior product and refund me along with missing product and we were part amicably.

Instead you prefer to keep my money, tell me its not your problem but some unknown other labs and then muddy the waters with technical crap that I have no more interest, nor do I want to put any more time into this that what you have already wasted with dozens of hours of wasted lab time with misleading mislabelled product.

Enough, own up to it, do the right thing and take your product back.

Ill be testing for sure, of this there is no doubt.

And ill share here the relevant information about how you operate, and the difference between what you offer and what you actually ship.

He sent emails to my logistics manager unsure on where those went, I never recieved them. We have been in constant communication via whats app with no issues the past 4 months.

Either way I have offered to replace his 1kg or pay him back multiple times…

You have offered to finally, as your colleague won’t reply, send missing product or refund it.

But, this is not good enough as I have kilos of a distillate product that is sub standard and not as was offered to me when I bought it. It also arrived with a misleading COA. The consequence of this was lost lab days trying to formulate with it in good faith believing it was as described.

It is not and I’m pissed off.

I want refund on missing isolate AND this misleading distillate that I simply don’t want now.

I’m done with you and your shady way of dealing with this issue this week.

Fine I’ll have it tested at botanicor but your avoiding the honorable out with this and making it difficult as I need to send it transatlantic. This aggravates the situation further and puts me about 300 usd further out of pocket.

Why not be a good guy and take it back instead of putting me through more hoops just so you can avoid just recovering a bad situation as a gentleman.

Gaslighting and ego there is plenty of but decent recovery of a screw up is beyond you.
