Its important to highlight here that BRETHONEYGOLD does not actually work for HONEYGOLD LABS but holds on to the handle here and generates business from it.
Its come to light that he doesnât actually do remediation work but outsources this work to another lab. SO if you have any issues with such remediation work, despite that you may be billed by MCNUTRACEUTICAL and pay him personally, he will tell you that you actually need to go and solve the issue you are having with some third party that you have not had any dealings with at all.

I cant believe you charged me 1200 dollars for a 91% distillate, arrived a month late (MID January) and then turns out to be 81%.

One in-house analytical test give you no warrant to make any claims. Have you seen thousands of samples run on an HPLC and recorded analytic variances? I am guessing not, you are dealing with things you have no expertise in.
Want to get on the phone and talk about analytical variance ? No probably not, because you would find out how wrong you are about all of this.
Go test at Botanacor and report back when it is done.
