I work in a lab and distribute all over Canada. You don’t have a clue what you are talking about about. You lack the science and knowledge and instead are going to gaslight me and others. There’s no such thing as thca hemp. It’s just thca cannabis.

You are a complete moron. Thca hemp isn’t compliant because it doesn’t come from hemp. It’s a thca cannabis product. The whole fiasco is manufacturers who are super imposing test, coa swaps, growing a hemp plant and testing it early while they grow cannabis THC in the main crop. It’s all a form of fraud. And no dea would ever approve it if they knew what was going on. This is a simple case of product mislabeling and felonious sales with misrepresentation while commiting protocol and license fraud.
I don’t think you understand. That’s why it’s called grey line, it all depends if you’re the one to get caught up or the next guy.
@ProEndo I worked in the United States for a long time. I lived here with family and started in dispensaries and then have worked in about half a dozen labs in the last several years in the United States. I worked in the lab and compliance in Washington in the last place I worked.

There’s no such thing as thca hemp.
Now repeat after me, thca hemp doesn’t exist and isn’t a thing. It’s a buzz word people use while committing paperwork fraud and mislabeled sales.
You’ve never worked in a lab a day in your life that’s why you don’t understand removing thca from hemp is not a thing, it is so difficult and time restrictive and cost prohibitive that it’s not affordable.
Secondly CBD is complex soup of molecules. Typically it is distilled out to remand the cbda into CBD so it will aggressively crystalize out. Remanding the other THC cannabinoids into d9 since the temp decarbs it. While the distillation process allows easier CBD to be removed the remainder THC is d9 generally and left in a soup of mother milk. The concentration is still so low it would be stupid to focus on removing it. Too cost prohibitive. And it’s not thca at that point. And to remove the CBD compounds this is the most common used method of crystalization even in solvent.
Thca isn’t exactly present once you isolate and remove the CBD out. This is why you don’t understand the processes is why you’re still sitting here lying and gaslighting everyone like that clown @TheWillBilly who’s about to have his ass handed to him by his peers in Oklahoma.
@ProEndo no educated or knowledgeable lawyer would ever tell you hemp thca is a great idea to pursue while dealing with fraud sellers and buyers who know it’s not hemp. Even you know it’s not hemp. You’re gaslighting and jinx posting complete bullshit to confuse and lie to people.
