The majority of people in the industry are against this due to the legal repercussions of doing it. Only a small sliver of broke boy bad lab guys are repackaging via swapping, paper work manipulating to enter this market of fraudulent labeling and sales. Pre testing in any flower stage of any cannabis plants will have high levels of thca.
What you are doing is swapping plants and bait and switching a very young CBD plant. Since the THC one won’t make it once it’s budding. Won’t ever pass through labs.
You can’t test a little one. You have to send in early bud if you do and lie about the age. The pre - term testing isn’t even legal for procedures or growers to use on any coa. It’s a violation of state and regulatory bodies in legal markets.

Then grows a cannabis crop and claims it’s the same thing.
Another hack, most people don’t know if you can use propane to extract the buds before sending them in as well to further strip.
But he’s basically telling us with obfuscation how he cheats the system and even lies on paperwork. he wants us to think he has some magic plants that are thca hemp and we all know there’s no such thing as hemp thca products bc its cost outweighs the profits of selling them. Thca products generally come from cannabis plants. Not hemp.

I’m curious if the act of trimming would count as a remediation activity, since it effects the cannabinoid content of the material, 7 CFR 990.27 requires post-remediation testing of material

It’s also supposed to be tested at the time or sampled at the time of the product harvest. It has to be identical technically to the product supplied. Superimposition isn’t legal bc that’s considered a form of mislabeling.

Yep and agents show up 4 weeks befor your set harvest date to collect samples and send them for testing purposes, they also have to cut the samples themselves according to their own guidelines, so I really dont know what the issue is? Respectfully You guys without hemp licenses really dont have much knowledge about the process it seems
I know everybody is hating on the hemp boys because of the legal stuff with the farm bill. But correct me if I’m wrong, isn’t all cannabis still illegal in the feds eyes? So if the federal drug task force are gonna come for “all mom and pop hemp shops” why would they not go for all the illegal cannabis shops in half the states? They aren’t legal by any means… just had that I wanted to bring to the discussion and see what you guys think about it.
