I’ve never had a edible i liked, ever. i always wake up so lethargic 10 cups of coffee wont fix it. i can dab or smoke all day without this issue.
11-hydroxy is a bitch, huh?
Granted you would never hit a glowing coil due to the insane amount of discomfort you would experience. Most vapes are regulated and use temperature control. My vape runs under 400F all day
Commonality in two states: Lipid-laden macrophages!
NY and UT report all patients have lipid-laden macrophages, which is a key indicator of lipoid pneumonia. The main question is if its endogenous and exogenous lipoid pneumonia. And from all I’ve read it looks like exogenous (from the outside, a vape). And remember that alpha-tocoperhol acetate and alpha-tocopepherol are not lipids, therefore they can’t cause exogenous lipoid pneumonia, so, its highly unlikely the cause in those states is vit E isoforms.
Lke I’ve been saying, some vegetable oils do have a good amount of vit E (they are referred to as vit E oil), and they can cause lipoid pneumonia, and they fit the description of being watery and pee colored, and they’re easy to get and it’s cheap.
Just a bit more context for the NE Journal of Medicine paper published yesterday:
U. doctors have found a commonality between those affected by the disease. Lipid-laden macrophages were in the lungs of 10 out of 10 patients from whom samples were taken. Macrophages are immune system cells that clean up debris at infection sites.
Macrophages usually develop when elderly people take mineral oil or caster oil as a laxative, fall asleep and some of the oil drains from their throat into their lungs. They then might get lipoid pneumonia, an illness similar to the new lung illness. People who aspirate things in their stomach at night can also get the cells, as well as some people with asthma, said Dr. Scott Aberegg, U. critical care pulmonologist and lead author of the study published in the New England Journal of Medicine
“We don’t see them very commonly, so we think they will be a helpful finding,” Aberegg said.
The discovery could be important in understanding what’s happening with patients’ immune systems, and might “provide a clue” to the cause of the disease, according to the doctor.
Went not only sell the 2.0 mm hole ccell’s? Some you already dont cut it.
Because different clients have different preferences. Some prefer smaller holes, which translates into smoother hits, and longer lasting carts.

It’s getting pretty damning…
87% THC carts- 24 out of 41 using dank vapes- willing to bet the other 16 were exotic carts, brass knuckles, mario, blah blah carts…thc carts are illegal in WI and IL…doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out it was 2 cities with a batch that traveled, or the same diluent…seems like there would be thousands of cases in more states than these 2 if all these terpene companies have been selling gallons and gallons of diluent…how many cart makers on here have made 10s of thousands? weird how most of us probably don’t sell illegal carts in illegal states but have no reported cases of anything like this by using these other products…I’m not saying they’re safe by any means, but this is all pretty fishy to me…there’s a bad diluent responsible for these cases, but doesn’t seem like a commerically available one if only 41 people (54 total) using illegal carts reported it.
What base are the e-cig makers using to make the juice?
VG and PG- both GRAS and for inhalation by the FDA. Royal College of Physicians backs vaping for public health over tobacco- 95% safer than smoking, they say
FDA just added both of those to the proposed additions to the Harmful and Potentially Harmful Constituents list, which if approved would make it illegal to put in nicotine carts.
all joking aside i have ibs and would buy the FUCK out of some 1:1 thc/cbd suppositories
It’s unlawful to not disclose the exact formulation of a material or mixture in an SDS. Simply saying proprietary mixture or trade secret on this document is a violation of multiple safety standards.
Paragraph (i) of the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 permits mfg, importer, employee, etc to withhold the specific chemical identity of a material provided they fall under a select group of exemptions.
And OSHA requires every company to have all MSDS on site. It’s a workers right to know.
I was thinking about this earlier this year. I’m betting most labs will have extensive violations. I’m OSHA-30 certified and I’ve received this 8 years ago. I don’t even remember half of it and every lab I’ve gone to I see at least a handful of them from the stuff I do remember. I’ve got some contacts back home that can issuse OSHA certifications. I’ve got one in mind that would fly out and do onsite classes with certifications after. If i can’t find him I’ll get a referral from my old instructors. You can do this independently but I suggest offsite. Those older folks can spread wildfire quick.
There’s a lot more than carts involved there, though- vape biz calls them pods and are usually a completely different design using kanthal wire instead of ceramic heads, which can decompose and break apart- especially shoddy composition. There were reports of “glass” in lungs- which also has nothing to do with vitamin e acetate (unless a combination of bad ceramic composition and the vitamin e oil was the culprit, totally possible maybe) The big issue would be vape juice- sold in larger volumes and used in open systems, has been around for a long time now. People in the vape community will tell you- and I’m talking old, young, anyone who’s quit smoking that way- that all that nonsense about vape juice being toxic is a load of crap, especially because the FDA already established protocol for eliquid manufacturing and have regulated the living shit out of that industry. They get tons of money every time a company adds a new flavor or if a new manufacturer registers their recipes with the federal government. They have a massive database with every exact recipe for vape juices- and then all the tobacco companies suddenly had pod systems in the gas stations. Why did Juul get fruit flavors taken away but it’s okay for Winston-Salem and their “Vuse Alto” system to have a berry flavor? Pretty goddamn coincidental following the launch of a lot of regulated cannabis businesses that we have lots of small guys trying to compete…the FDA will regulate small companies out of business by making impossible for anyone without a small- or large- fortune to comply…it’s called the “Tobacco Playbook” and its an old one…it was only a matter of time before a crisis ensued causing mass hysteria driving the masses to trusted sources like huge conglomerates…There will be plenty of cannabis to go around, but those companies will be chosen by relationships, not consumers. I’m all for safety measures and reasonable regulations like lab testing and ingredient disclosure, but they will make it difficult to stay afloat even if your protocols are safe and thorough…there’s no balance in the regulatory environment.
The chemical manufacturer, importer, or employer may withhold the specific chemical identity, including the chemical name, other specific identification of a hazardous chemical, or the exact percentage (concentration) of the substance in a mixture, from the safety data sheet, provided that:
(i)(1)(i)
The claim that the information withheld is a trade secret can be supported.
(i)(1)(ii)
Information contained in the safety data sheet concerning the properties and effects of the hazardous chemical is disclosed.
(i)(1)(iii)
The safety data sheet indicates that the specific chemical identity and/or percentage of composition is being withheld as a trade secret; and,
(i)(1)(iv)
The specific chemical identity and percentage is made available to health professionals, employees, and designated representatives in accordance with the applicable provisions of this paragraph (i).
(i)(2)
Where a treating physician or nurse determines that a medical emergency exists and the specific chemical identity and/or specific percentage of composition of a hazardous chemical is necessary for emergency or first-aid treatment, the chemical manufacturer, importer, or employer shall immediately disclose the specific chemical identity or percentage composition of a trade secret chemical to that treating physician or nurse, regardless of the existence of a written statement of need or a confidentiality agreement. The chemical manufacturer, importer, or employer may require a written statement of need and confidentiality agreement, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (i)(3) and (4) of this section, as soon as circumstances permit.
I would be very unhappy if I got some of this material in my eye or had some other emergency and I had to wait for FLPX LLC to call me back.
Edit: In addition to the issue of time sensitive medical emergencies, the secrecy of these products may warrant a written request from operators for the disclosure in the non-emergency situation of determining appropriate personal protective equipment and engineering controls to protect personnel and property.
In sense this will make me happy. Bc there is NO WAY we can anything is safe about that shit yet. Esp those clouds. Give it about 10 more years, ppl w ICE LUNGS
