Fake Dank vapes warning

There are literally a handful of the most rudimentary studies and setups of all time. Crazy glassware vacuum setups drawing on random e-cigs or Vapes. There is literally no solid foundation on heating any of these chemicals to these temps and inhaling. We literally have no idea. But you’re right it will definitely show with time.

Wow some refs for that article are case reports of dabbed bho causing lung injuries only slightly milder than vit. E acetate case reports, although the apparent difference in rates of epidemiology should also be taken into account

From what I have seen there are a good number of these, but they are always one at a time. Large studies don’t show a large percentage. I would attribute the sporadic ones to taking a dab at say 700-1000c versus more reasonable temp. Also grades of BHO, could have had a ton of junk in it. But it’s all potentially dangerous, we should just be trying to reduce the risk as far as possible imo.

I’ve teken dabs years ago that Give me a respiratory distress the last longer than 12 hours when I let other people heat the nail and choose the wax. So I stopped using most of it my own for that reason

Diacetyl is a hugely popular flavour, too. People know it’s bad and still want it.

Any baked good type dessert flavour has it basically.

Vanillin and cinnamaldehyde proven lung irritants, people still buy those flavoured e-juices.

My questions come down to: how is it only isolated in USA when vaping around the world is HUGELY popular? How come it’s seemingly only black market (no offence but your american “legal” weed market is a god damn joke compared to Canada, imo; I’ll trade to get a worse product that people have proven is up to our tight regs)? If people smoking terpenes is bad, then people turbo huffing bong rips would have gotten sick, no? I just don’t get that if it’s dangerous how now and never before have people been visibly sick?

not to mention the people on youtube who do like 5g dabs in a sitting

Right?!?!?!

That’s what I’m saying. Preliminary research seems to suggest at worst that smoking terpenes will give you cancer eventually. Nothing at least to suggest imminent threats to living.

These people are huffing vapes and then falling sick/dying very quickly.

There’s plenty of fake shatter going around too. Probably vitamin e base, all the same people selling counterfeits are also selling fake shatter.

its simple…cut it with a thick cutting agent (uber thick) and stretch your disty as much as you want whilst keeping something similar to the original viscosity, so you end up with a product that is extremely weak but still look like potent thick gool ol’ fashion distillate.

Fake shatter? Never seen or heard of it

Of course it’s a thing. I got a nice slab of it in philly off a very reputable source.

It’s certainly a thing. Seen it 2x now in person. They look fire. Not till it’s smoked do you realize somethings off.

Trying to stretch out your product with thickener is BS. Just pick another business where u can cutt corners without killing people. But what bout liquidizer? Other than TT liquidizer, are they all harmful? I use liquifers in the lowest quantities possible only so that certain smaller hole carts can vape well (10% tops in the most liquidized one) but now I dont know what to use. Any tips?

dank is not a cbd company or cannabis, they are just a packaging company in china ,i don’t why it is hot ,maybe because it is cheap.

liquidizers are for the most part a mix of PG/PEG/VG
these 3 products have been used in the vape industry for years and NEVER have i seen anyone being remotely sick (except for the odd PG allergy) inhaling one of these, hell, I’ve been vaping for 6 years and feel better than ever when i was a smoker.
so, IMO and personal experience, those are safe to vape.

Except TT liquidizer which is supposed to have mineral oil. Any liquidizer that has been fully tested to be mineral free?

I could be wrong but the one that you’re referring to is viscosity, which is to adjust the viscosity of your extract not liquefy it
But on the other hand I’m not too sure what’s in their liquidizer either.
I was referring to waxilizer, liquidizer and all the diluents that came up over the last couple years
