i will further addā¦ my employee has the keys and code to the warehouse and can work at any time he wants. Just tell me when you worked and what you did and you will get paid. If hes working graveyard at this other job and wants to knock out some hours afterā¦

Why pay a master grower more than 40k? @AgTonik, you donāt understand why? A good grower, like an actual good one, is worth their weight in gold. That dude is basically responsible for the functionality of your business, if they are overseeing all aspects of cannabis growth and navigating that, yeah, they deserve a solid pay base.
