Same with machine shops, basically a milling machine is a money machine. Shit you can even make the printing plates they use in said machine. In big shops Programmers make $60+ hourly, but that is only a few people, the rest are operators. Operators make 14-18 hourly.
Even in big businesses very few people get paid the big money.

Equipment supply itās clearly similar. I reached the pay wall starting. Know homies who made 12 million in sales get let go after no raises for 2 years. No commissions either.

I have manufacturing, cultivation, and distribution licenses
I have a couple guys who make more than I do. I go pick up build outs, to get new product in to be processed. They run the lab. Itās actually well worth there pay
