Anyone here know how to make Dunkin level donuts?

Trying to make my own so I can infuse rosin in the future when I do a wash on some frozen material i have

Ik google is there but I want a professional or near professional opinion on how to make them from someone on here if there is someone here making donuts

If I ever manage to meet anyone here irl and I manage to “perfect” my donut making skills I will have samples

Krispy Kreme has a proprietary system, as they pump out doughnuts through extrusion, they fill it with air which is why they have such a different consistency.

That hand tool is for finishing dough after you let it set.

At the old Krispy Kreme like 5 miles away. It’s so fun just walking the glaze get rained on the donuts coming from the conveyor.

We have a place called dandy donuts which is fire too
