Distillation of dmt and mescaline?

Don’t even need to use heptane for the freeze precip, kerosene works just as well.

Oh no alkane that boils higher than heptane, must be toxic

Shouldn’t take you that long to reply if you know what you want to say.

Dissolve in the solvent reduce solvent to fit in small Pyrex bowl…the just wwait

You could pull out a cup of kerosene and drink it in front of me and I would still pass. I like heptane, its pretty easy to purge and work with. Makes great crystals.

So is kerosene and so does kerosene.

Changa is best for smoking. The high is 10x more clear when using the right changa blends. Take those crystals and infuse them on some leaves. Nicotina rustica is one of the best things to mix in along with some other stuff.

That is rather interesting, never heard of that one before… how does the MAOI help with an inhaled product? Monoamine-oxidase is in your stomach I thought and is responsible for breaking down the dmt when ate…

The use it in ayahuasca to help break down the DMT as well. In my experience it’s a much more clear trip, you’ll remember every detail as if you watched a movie, the trip lasts a little longer. Nicotina rustica has a super high Maoi content as well.

There are MOAI that are bioavailable through smoking. MAOI a’s are a first generation antidepressant.

They affect your 5-htp receptors no matter what roi, they just don’t inhibit the enzymes in your stomach when smoked

Interesting… I have done some research on the cytochrome p450 enzyme in your liver that is responsible for metabolizing pretty much everything that gets you high out of your bloodstream.

Apparently CBDHQ deactivates that enzyme and could theoretically keep you higher for longer. Wonder if it would work in a similar way with smoke-ables.

To anyone experimenting with MAOI’s, research the drug interactions. It can be very dangerous for some people to take an MAOI.

Don’t quote me on this but I think there’s even certain foods you’re supposed to avoid. I think grapefruit is one.

There’s some evidence that the maoi in tobacco is what most people are addicted to and the nicotine is just a side effect.

Well nicotine receptors are still a separate system, but I can certainly see it playing together with addiction.

That’s gonna interesting to read about, thank you.

I’d have to dig to find the study but they took the maoi out of cigarettes and a significant part of the group no longer wanted to smoke them. Could explain why for some people vaping doesn’t work for them

Also though imagine smoking tobacco that’s had anything extracted from it rather than the typical curing process.

Probably harsh as fuck lol

My Googlefu is top notch, I’ll find the study u read and more :slightly_smiling_face:

Believe it or not most if not all cigarettes have had the nicotine extracted out of them and then re applied.:man_shrugging:

No wonder all cigarettes are harsh as fuck

I have actually read that American spirits uses more nicotine freebase which is supposedly considerably more addictive.

Guess that could only happen by extracting and reapplying.

I need to look into that. Just don’t know what to get where. Would love some actual gel tabs, or microdots.
