They have switched to total THC but enforcement is basically non-existent. Everyone has collectively said fuck you and continued sales.

Yeah starting within a month or so TN is going total d9 post decarb
I wouldn’t say everyone is ignoring it. Maybe some of the C stores and stuff but most “head shops” have already started letting the customers know it’s being pulled soon

I got high one time and went down the rabbit hole. From the 10+ cases I researched It typically goes like this:
- Dude realizes bulk Viagra powder costs ~100$/kg from india.
- Orders 10kgs
- Sets up clandestine pill pressing/capsule filling op
- Makes ~1m$ (sometimes less, sometimes more) in sales.
- FBI/DHS/DEA gets a “tip” & raids ensue
- They take everything and slap him with 10 years.
It truly is amazing how many times I have seen that happen.

It actually cost $585 per kilo. Thats anywhere from 10,000 to 40,000 doses.
Or $.0585 to $.014625 per dose. Hell, that’s like printing free money.

It’s funny because I used to work IT for an adult retailer, and every few years there would be a dick pill brand that we would have to discount or pull because they got slapped with Pfizer lawsuits. It seems like just when the brand gets cranking is when they jerk the rug, otherwise there wouldn’t be any meat on the bones, and C&D’s don’t draw enough blood for the suits.
A nickel for the dose, a nickel for the capsule and filler, and a dollar for packaging truly is a money printer when they retail 15-20$. Better hope you make enough to properly outfit a bulldozer… in minecraft
