It was not unintentional that the Federal government legalized intoxicating hemp-derived products. This was on purpose, in order to cause problems for individual states regulating their own Federally illegal Marijuana industry, also problems for states trying to keep intoxicating cannabinoids illegal. This will allow the Federal government to take more control over the regulation of Hemp and Marijuana while depleting the resources of every state trying to regulate Hemp and or Marijuana.

In Michigan there is only one lab who does compliance testing and they are 0% transparent with their methods even though there is a robust network of state licensed and regulated testing facilities who have been testing cannabis for over a decade
