Well I guess same goes here for a few Massachusetts dispensaries.

Most those complex/candy flavors(anything beyond a basic fruit flavor) contain a mix of Aldehydes, acetates, benzels, ethyls, methyls, or phenyls, and so much more might have a couple % terps in the mix if your lucky :man_shrugging:

I made nicotine vapes way back when, that was the main argument in the whole mass regulation nightmare. They can give ya cancer, only the flavored ones tho

Most don’t disclose the mix and I’m sure a lot of them have changed forumulations since vape gate but most had acetaldehyde exposure warnings, and(not directly on packaging but in MSDS) they state it’s to be used for cutting food/ingestion not inhalation.

Same thing with every botanical terp. SDS straight up says to avoid breathing mist/vapors. Makes me have a low key panic attack when I think about the mass amounts of isolates I’ve breathed in over the years.

You made me realize why I prefer other juices over certain brands again, the one I have currently has acetaldehyde presence but the other company I typically get does not :sob:

The popularity is only going to grow - some big iBank/financial research groups are analyzing the D8 market (interviewing company owners, etc) and will be publishing reports soon.

It does with a jury, but I feel what you’re saying.

A zero coa is just as good as some of the other d8 coa’s I’ve see posted on here.
Lol

True, but taking a plea vs a jury trial you “normally” get a lesser sentence.

Yep. It’ll cost $ and time you can’t get back. No matter what.

I’m guessing they will go after the big dogs: American shaman, CBD plus, Your CBD store…ect… and the processing folks… the ones that have the really nice bank accounts.

That’s all they want.

You know that’s also what cannabis terpenes are composed of right? Cannabis produces a long list of aldehydes, including at least one variation of benzaldehyde to my knowledge. Tons of methyl, propyl, and ethyl esters (including dozens of acetates). Can’t think of many benzyl esters I’ve seen in cannabis personally but it has been documented to produce benzyl alcohol and benzyl acetate. Cannabis derived terpenes contain much of the same things in considerably high concentrations, just very few have done the research to understand this. I say it all the time but as much as we want to glorify cannabis as the savior of all plants, it produces tons of irritants and moderately toxic chemicals, especially in the essential oil (terpenes).

It seems to be pretty controlled around these parts, and pretty much only run by 1 dude, and his “lab”. TBH I’ve never been, in, or around any of the 3 different places (In 3 different Towns) that hawk it. The common product I see posted is D8 Lean syrup, in like mini Carlo Rossi bottles. Again, Never tried…
No reason to go there when there’s like 32? Regular Weed shops in Anchorage
