D8 is gaining popularity, be careful

No they are composed of hydrogen and carbon.

Are you generalizing hte as terps? It’s throwing me off. I’ve said it a hundred times I’ll say it again, the only difference between medicine and poison is dosage. Reasearch studies show cannabis itself has tested positive for toluene, benzene, methyl ancenotrille, acetone… is that at a harmful level? No, does this automatically make canna derived safe? No

It’s like comparing a real fruit Gummi with one overloaded with concentrate. The isolate and concentrated compound is in abundance up to 80% in those mixes at time. Your lucky if you hit 2% on a single terp in concentraton and that/terps are significantly more abundant in the plant than the other esters, alcohols and acetates that you are discussing.
(Talking in a full mixed extract not separated hte)

I’m not arguing canna derived is automatically safe, but to compare the two is folly.

It doesn’t sound like you have ever seen complete test results for everything in cannabis derived terpenes. About 90% will actually be monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, etc. This is with cannabinoid-free steam distilled terpenes. You will always see some aldehydes, ketones, esters, etc. Tons of them. Cannabis terpenes are much more than just terpenes. That’s why cannabis smells good.

… goood gooood, attack me not the argument. People here know i sell type 7 goods sure i havnt seen a coa from the oil i produced either lmao. Normally id ask can we get back to the topic at hand now? but ill digress. You are arguing with me that they are in there when im agreeing with you lmao. my debate is in relation to concentration not presence.

“While Delta-8-THC is legal if derived from hemp, the process most commonly used to produce Delta-8 — synthetically altering CBD into Delta-8-THC — probably isn’t legal,” Joseph Hoelscher, founding member of the Texas Association of Cannabis Lawyers and longstanding member of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) Legal Committee, told Rolling Stone. “Few [jurisdictions] have the ability to correctly establish, scientifically, how a sample of Delta-8-THC was sourced. The DOJ is aware, and we can expect that they will figure out how to prosecute these cases.”

D8 Doomsday clock reading a little closer.

While I personally agree with this statement, some of these younger cats in their late teens/early 20s don’t have much impulse control. Also… we don’t know if people are getting synthetic noids from black market carts and products.

you hit the nail on the head. its all about controlling impulses. Im not hating just speaking from experience

No hate here I agree with you 100%. I still use traditional extracts daily. No problem with cannabis use whatsoever and I’m positive alot of these cases aren’t “Oh I need help”. These are people who are on probation and think d8thc wont pop… the amount of head shop owners i’ve spoken to that market it as something that wont pop on a drug test is ridiculous. Victims of the war on drugs if anything.
