I’m starting the production of CBD gummies. I’ve already made several attempts and none of them turned out well. If I use gelatin, sugar, fruit juice and add CBD oil (distillate + oil), will the CBD be distributed evenly throughout the mixture? Do I have to use an emulsifier?

Usually I just mix 1:1 distillate to mct

Most of the recipes I found on the Internet say that you just add CBD dissolved in oil and mix well. When I use a blender, there is a lot of air left in the jelly mass and the jellies are of poor quality. After mixing CBD with MCT and adding it to the gummy mass, will everything be well distributed? How much MCT oil and CBD do you add? Thank you
MCT oil can also help with the foaming issue and keep extra bubbles from forming during your cook. Might consider splitting the total amount you need in half and add the first half about halfway through the cook and then mix the second half with your distillate or actives.
Can also experiment with the split like 25% in the cook 75% with your actives etc etc. CBD amounts will depend on your target dosage

What kind of oil are you using? What concentration of CBD? Generally this combination of cbd + oil would be referred to as a tincture
Have you tried water instead of fruit juice? Maybe try using less sugar based on how much sugar the fruit juice contains. Sometimes with more sugar you will need to add more gelatin.

I use 90%+ CBD distillate. I dilute the distillate with MCT oil and propylene glycol before adding it to the gummies
Why both? Get rid of the PG
