BBELL LAVA CORE FILLING MACHINE
Absolutely the most cost-effective filling machine
Stop spamming. This is the 3rd or 4th thread youâve posted this in. Ppl are just gonna start flagging your posts.
Mehhh
Your BBELL lava core is a second rate filling device. You have to reload the bbell lava core through the nozzle. The bbell lava core is limited to only 50 ml per reload. Bbell lava core reload times typically take 1-2 minutes, about the same amount of time a desktop filler pumps out 100 carts. Bbell lava core fillers are made of plastic, a material that is not advantageous with terpenes or heat.
We use medical PSU materials, which are very healthy and can be used for a long time before -100 to 175â
PLASTIC SYRINGE TUBE!!! get that cheap ass allflex syringe outta here. no one like petrochemicals leaching into their heated terpene mixtures.
Your allflex plastic tubes are not meant for terpene solvent mixtures!
Thompson-Duke filling machines also have heated plastic syringe reservoir. After many many liters thereâs no sign of degredation due to âpetrochemical leachingâ. Donât see this as an issue.
Is there a visual que when plastic chems leach into product? Iâm sure with lab tests it may show up
PSU:
All sulfone polymers tested show excellent resistance to
the aqueous solutions of both acids and bases. Aliphatic
hydrocarbons have no or little effect on any of the resins
tested. Aromatic hydrocarbons are shown to cause
property degradation.
I wonder if there are any aromatic hydrocarbons in vape formulations? Hmmmm
