I think she’s starting up a private hemp/cannabis testing lab actually, so more shill less cosplayer
I was talking about the Swat raid for a bodega
This is anything but traditional, you’re defining general drug reform under the premise: fuck em…
Gut them and show us who amongst you is seeking clarity in the biggest rat race…
Look no further than JM Pedini (board of directors) Norml. Who I believe is in cahoots with Dawn Adams (D district 68).
Check out this clip near the end.
Bottom line:
Politicians are the enemy of freedom. Always have been always will be.
“It’s made with battery acid” is an old drug warrior trope that they have reanimated into reefer madness. It really shows you how smart they think their constituents are.
“Studied Cannabis for 3 years” and yet says that none of this will harm the hemp industry… What tf did she study? Also to say that “DANGEROUS SYNTHETICS” should be illegal but not also saying that a lot of these cannabinoids on the CBx spectrum such as CBN is also converted using acids… I mean it’s obvious at this point that they’re just pushing for more prohibition.
Some states are banning CBN conversion as well. At least they are being consistent.
Still, the only thing I see this as being is just another step in more mass prohibition, and just like we saw in the 1920s and continue to see today, PROHIBITION DOESN’T WORK, all it does is harm the good people who aren’t doing anything wrong to other people. There’s already laws in place to deal with people who harm others, substances shouldn’t be included in things that harm the public. If someone wants to do something in the privacy of their own homes, without affecting anyone else, why shouldn’t they be allowed?
They should be allowed to consume substances at home, but more importantly they should have access to safe substances, not blood red d8 with a photoshopped pharmlabs COA from 18 months ago
If someone sells sludge because they’re not being tested or audited then yes that is definitely something that “harms the public”. I don’t think even 1% of the people doing these syntheses right now could pass a pharma-style GMP audit… no chance. I’ve seen people making d8 out of barns. Forget chemical safety standards they couldn’t even pass food safety standards. If I wouldn’t eat out of a restaurant that dirty no way would I like to take chemicals made like that!
I do agree that companies should be required to be fully transparent with their customer base and have been encouraging all the business owners I’ve been in contact with that if they show full transparency in their products and they’re selling clean products then I support them 100%.
All I could think of reading this was that one episode of South Park where that guy says “I take plants, and I process them into goo. I’m a goo man. I have factories all over the country. I have trucks right now loaded with goo that can be here within the week. The goo I speak of can be made into anything.”
I mean it’s Kentucky. They don’t audit any processors hardly. The overall standards of safety, cleanliness, etc are sketchy on the whole. I know there are good labs too but if you just went to a random sampling of D8 processors in Kentucky I think you’d be pretty disgusted.
The KDA actually went to every processor in KY to make sure they weren’t making D8. I’m sure some still are, but not all processors are nasty. The ones that actually play by the rules won’t even touch D8. There are some audit certified cGMP processors in KY as well, but I agree, there are some sketchy ones too. Luckily I know which is which ![]()
Smoke shops in Catoosa County recently got a letter from Sheriff Gary Sisk notifying them they are violating state law.
The letter says “the products the sheriffs office has purchased and tested all contain significant levels of Delta 9.”
this ain’t gonna help y’all in GA
I was just about to post this. Not the first time Law Enforcement has tried this.
This is also worth noting, the PD that conducted the raid is now denying any involvement in it https://twitter.com/GwinnettPd/status/1503066958530502656
The one I just posted is different because it’s about hot product, d8 legality doesn’t matter there
“The letter his office sent says investigators already have “evidence needed to move forward with prosecution and seizures .”
Sounds like BS to me
