It passed the Senate. Now we need people calling every retail store that sells any hemp products to have them call their house rep to vote no on SB170. 1-800-372-7181. Please share and ask everyone you know that is a voter in KY to call. We need help!!!

No arrests. It’s just a money grab.

Unless they are smart enough to know all the stuff is actually hot…

In Georgia you have to prove intent to possess an illegal substance, so anyone unknowingly possessing hot d8 would have an out(for the d9 anyways, d8 is a tossup in GA at this point, probably have to beat a case)

This is brand new though, and in my last post I specifically mentioned this EXACT county by name.

Probably working cases the traditional way. Bust small shops, get invoices/testimony on wholesalers, work their way up the supply chain until they can fill some conference room tables and pad some budgets with seized cash

To my knowledge, Gwinnett County has been the only place in Georgia that has publicly said D8/D10 were a felony in any amount since last spring. Does worry me that all the shops around here are gunna stop carrying products again though, last time this happened, the local shops stopped selling for like 2-3 months.

The attorney general of KY said the same thing. They’ve been arresting people in NC recently as well, but mostly for hot product

I meant in Georgia, I should’ve clarified that.

Virginia is Fucked Up rn.
We actually have delegates and congressmen telling the Assembly that D8 is made “by soaking cbd oil in battery acid for 3 days, then it ends up in a child’s lunchbox”
Not making this shit up.

My brothers and sisters of Virginia…what happened?

Same thing in Kentucky, comparing it to meth. Horvath said that it was made using pool chemicals.
